I would like to strongly advise anyone planning a move to avoid Demenagement Olympique and Panneton et Panneton, as they operate under the same company. My experience with them was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. They were late, arrogant, liars, discriminatory lazy and even stole items. The movers arrived over an hour late and demonstrated a lack of respect, professionalism, and integrity throughout the process.
The first moving team was very slow. In the end, the manager spent 30 minutes on the phone (charged to my time) because he couldn't find my deposit from six weeks prior. Furthermore, when they left my apartment, I saw them parked on the corner 20 minutes later... (still charged to my time). Afterward, I noticed a lot of scratches on the walls of the condo I was leaving for the new owner the next day... 🙄 When I moved in, the team was faster.

They moved my 1-bedroom apartment furniture and belongings to their storage and it all started bad; - The day I was supposed to move out of my apartment, they arrived VERY late and caused me to extend my moving date. - They'd given me an estimate for the storage size/price for the amount of boxes I had but finally they ended up splitting my stuff into 2 lockers and asked for double the price...
Worst experience of my life. The movers were incredibly slow, spending more time talking than working. The storage service was subpar. My furniture came back filthy, and several pieces were damaged or missing. Since I didn't check them, they charged me for four hours to load the truck, even though they only unloaded it in two. They also lost some drawers from my furniture. They forced me to pay before they were finished, holding my last pieces hostage. Never again.
One star because it's impossible to give zero. "Olympic incompetence" describes them better because the management has changed and it shows! On moving day, they didn't show up. I called, and they answered, "Oh, sorry, it happens, we get a lot of calls." Oh yeah, it's nobody's fault!!! Unbelievable. I didn't have many options because I absolutely had to empty the apartment three days later. And then the nightmare continued. They arrived the next day.
I had to edit my review for the experience went really bad. Initially, my review was [The team was nice and friendly. Mamo and 2 other guys made it a fun and easy experience moving.] After I wrote the initial review, one of the guys told me 10% minimum tips is required but we prefer 15%, and then when they arrived to their office they charged me an extra 15% without my authorisation or even checking first.
**November 4, 2025: Still no news from this company. Despite calls, emails, and registered mail.** **Update as of April 2, 2024: We were contacted again by customer service, who asked me to have a video call with them so their "experts" could assess the damage. Since I wasn't able to participate in the video call (I was at the office!), I asked them to call me back the next day. To this day, we have never been contacted.

Deeply disappointed! I used Olympic Moving for the first time 3-4 years ago, tasked with moving two apartments (a 3 1/2 and a 4 1/2) to two different addresses: all in one truck. It took 5 hours and it was done! I was impressed by their efficiency and professionalism at the time. I moved again this month, to the same 3 1/2 as before, without appliances… (half the truck was full: I had very little stuff!) And it took them 2.5 hours to load the truck.
We sincerely regret your difficult experience and are determined to improve our services.

Excellent moving service. Kosta answered our initial call promptly, and the team of three movers, led by Jimmy, was efficient, polite, and professional. The entire move was completed in 3 hours (excluding large appliances), and the price matched the agreed-upon price. One minor drawback: a 30-minute delay at departure without explanation, and two of the movers were speaking to each other in another language, which can be perceived as impolite. Despite this, we recommend their services.

This is the second time I have used Panneton and Panneton for my moving needs! I would highly recommend them. From the movers themselves being extremely professional, caring, careful and pleasant, to the ease of dealing with those in the office making sure your needs and expectations are met on all fronts. They go above and beyond to make sure your move is as painless and fluid as possible.

The move was efficient and meticulous. That said, none of the three movers spoke French. Communication is crucial during a move, and this one proved difficult. Hopefully, the employer will enroll their employees in a French language course.
