Moving from one 3 1/2 apartment to another took over 7 hours, despite being guaranteed a maximum of 4 hours when booking by phone. The movers arrived 30 minutes late because they were "looking for parking," even though we had clearly explained (on the form they had us sign upon arrival) that we needed a designated spot. There was very little furniture and no appliances. We paid for three movers, but only two made trips between the apartment and the truck.

Choosing this company was the worst nightmare of my life. During the delivery, it wasn't my stock. I had to go to Montreal to find it because they didn't know where it was. When I finally found it, it was mixed up with another move. Finally, when I received my stock, my 43" TV was missing, my new mattress had a huge hole, a large dresser was missing (which I found in their warehouse completely destroyed), a coffee table was crushed and unusable, a home theater speaker was missing...🤬 and forget about compensation!

Stay away at all cost! This is a fraudulent business that has no control on the quality of service. They simply subcontract to workers that have little experience in moving (broken tv, dryer, furniture) and unfortunately do not speak …

I moved on September 1st and my experience wis Panneton company was negative. They were supposed to come at 9:30 and they only came at 12h. They went to move someone else and didn't excuse themself. My wardrobe was not protected during the moving. There is scratches and the feet are damaged. The mirror on the wardrobe wasn't properly fixed. It was moving. I called the company for fixing it and they haven't call me back. I got someone else to fix the mirror as I was afraid it will fall.

Avoid this company. I arrived three hours late and had to contact them myself because I never received a call. There was a lot of damage: they laid my refrigerator on its back and side to remove the door, and when they reinstalled it, the door was misaligned, so it no longer closes. Since the sofa wouldn't fit in the elevator, they refused to carry it up, even though I offered to help, despite the absence of a clause in the contract prohibiting the use of stairs.

In a word: horrible. Moving day in June 2026. Two vehicles were planned (all confirmed by video call). On moving day, two trucks arrived, but not the initially agreed-upon size. Everything wouldn't fit, so my husband had to make multiple trips back and forth with the SUV. Loading took forever. The movers took no care with the furniture and didn't have the tools to disassemble the beds. I saw my bed dangling from the stair railing on the first floor while the movers tried to remove the screws.

Nothing was good with these clowns.. oups no, service to book was quick and efficient, but a third parti showed up.. 2 guys out of 3 didn't even speak neither french nor English. Truck was too small, they broke our TV, our kitchen table and a piece of my kitchen set.. not mentioning the damaged boxes.. we had to rent an other truck the next day to finish the job .. on top of that they charged fees without explanation and never followed up with our concerned.. I DEEPLY REGRET trying to save money ..

Do not use them !!!! They caused over $20,000 worth of damage to my belongings. On the same day, they promised that everything would be covered by their insurance and claimed that this is how they’ve stayed in business for so long. It’s now been three months, and I haven’t received a single follow-up call or message from them. They wrapped my dining table using my carpet behind my back, without my permission. My fridge is completely scratched and dented.
