Talked to someone on the phone. Was rude when I said I was shopping around for quotes and never gave me an email for information. Even though I asked. Have to be a hard pass for me. Couldn't say anything about the quality of their work though, may be excellent.
I had two refrigerators replaced in the garage and kitchen by this company. The movers did a good job. However, they refused to remove the refrigerator doors and forced them in, resulting in graffiti on the side of one of the refrigerators! Finally, having to remove the doors, they refused to put them back on. After insisting, they put the doors back on one refrigerator, but not the other!

Great experience with Global Moving Montreal! They got back to me with a quote within an hour of me first contacting them. They are very responsive by phone and email and set a fair price. The 2 movers were very polite, professional and hardworking. My bed frame didn't fit through the front exit of my apartment building, so they had to carefully bring it down the fire escape. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them.

We had Excellent help from the manager, Azmi, who organised and personally took care of our move from Montréal to Toronto. There are some horrifying stories of scammers who take your stuff and hold it ransom, so when Azmi explained his pricing model and showed that he was personally vested in our move (dropping off packing supplies beforehand and explaining the process in great details), we were more than happy to take on his services.

Pros: The three movers assigned for our move were polite, professional and courteous. They did as asked and were effective and quick. They managed to move everything in one trip. They moved all our heavy items in designated rooms. I would say the 3 gents were the best part of the company. Cons: i was initially supposed to have move at 9 am but received a call a day before saying it would be at 12( due to truck inspection) An hour before the move they called me to say they would be late 30 mins.
I recently hired Global Moving (Déménagement Global) to move my mother’s furniture from her old condo to her new apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The crew arrived exactly on time and was professional, courteous, and well organized from start to finish. They listened carefully to our instructions and treated every piece of furniture and every box with great care and respect.
