Awful experience - If you think you are getting a good price with this moving company, think again. It started with them trying to change my moving time the day before my move. I was originally scheduled to move at 9am on the day of the move: They wanted to change it from 9am to 11am, claiming there was something wrong with the truck. I said no to the time change, and then all of a sudden the truck was fine and 9am was ok to stay. Then they changed it for 7:30am, and then changed it again for 8:30am.

WARNING for anyone considering using this company: my girlfriend was supposed to move to her new address on February 25, 2023, at 2 PM. Around noon, Kang Movers called to say they would be an hour and a half late! They finally arrived around 3:20 PM without really apologizing and started moving the furniture until about 5:30 PM. A bit slow, but they got the job done. We headed to the new address. The movers transported the furniture into the new apartment until about 7:30 PM.

Last summer, my two children and I paid 1200 dollars for moving a family of three for seven hours. I decided because the reviews were better than other places, but I regret it so much. Two young Indian friends were kind, but they were slow at work and had no sense of responsibility. The move eventually started at 5 p.m. and only finished 1a.m.

KANG MOVERS ARE SCAMMERS, THE WORST MOVERS IN MONTREAL. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They were supposed to move our bedroom set today, we had sent them a video of everything and they confirmed. This morning the guy said we have to pay an extra $150 because he didn't see that there is a cupboard, which was clearly in the video and explained in the messages. I was very disappointed with my experience. The team arrived poorly equipped, without the necessary tools to move some of the large furniture. The move was extremely slow and cost nearly $1,000 for the contents of just one room, without any appliances. For the price I paid, I expected much more professional and efficient service. I do not recommend them.
We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. For context, this move involved very long walking distances both at the origin and destination addresses, including going through a garage and using several elevators.
They work very slow to inflate the bill given they are paid by an hour rate. Don't recommend it ! the truck is small and not appropriate. Very disappointing. Amateur work and lack of ethics

I recently used Kang Movers Montreal for my move from Pointe-Claire to LaSalle, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’ve used moving companies before, but this was by far the smoothest and most professional move I’ve had. Marco, Laddi, and Michael were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked extremely hard, and handled everything with great care and professionalism.
Marcus, Martin and Joe from Kang Movers made my moving experience very smooth. The dispatcher was very communicative and provided me all the details i needed from a moving company. Real time updates for the team's eta were provided on the moving day morning, the team arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled time. Very calm, careful and efficient, years of experience reflects in their work. The friendly behaviour of all three Movers made it stress free at all. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a great experience with Kang movers today. I had an Ubox container shipped from another city that I needed help with. I requested their service a day in advance and it was a breeze to book their service over a phone call. They were very kind and accommodating even on a short notice and offered a very reasonable price.
