⛔⚠️ URGENT – EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL MOVING COMPANY THAT REFUSES TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGE THEY CAUSED. WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE, WHICH IS WHY WE TRUSTED THEM WITH OUR MOVE AGAIN. UNFORTUNATELY, THIS EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. ⛔⚠️⛔⚠️THEY REASSEMBLED OUR FRIDGE INCORRECTLY, LEAVING THE FREEZER DOOR IMPROPERLY INSTALLED. AS A RESULT, THE FRIDGE BURNED OUT OVERNIGHT. WE REPORTED THE ISSUE IMMEDIATELY AND HAVE NOW HAD TO CONTACT THEM 6 DIFFERENT TIMES.
They arrived several hours late without notice, only after calling several times, being told often they would arrive in minutes, they showed up. This caused us to keep another rented vehicle for an extra day, since it was closed by the time they were finished. Even though the crew acknowledged their fault being late, the company refused to reimbursement, although their contract stipulated the time. Take your money and run.

They lied about pricing, the move ended up costing me two times the initial estimated price, they poked sooooo many walls in my new house after we had fresh paint and broke things. They never made up for the holes in my wall and it's been almost 3 years now. The movers are bullies and cursed the entire time. Avoid at all costs.
Do not recommend. Movers were supposed to call 30 mins before arriving but didn't. They didn't wear their masks in my house and complained when I asked them to wear a mask. They then TOOK OFF their masks in my house even though I had told them to wear a mask. Not professional. Find a better company!
Driver with Truck number 77 parked at canada post Boucherville blocking the whole traffic and doesn’t want to move. He was very rude he said its my time of working everyday and i wont move. Had to wait an hour for him to move. Next time maybe i am going to call police.
They book delivery appointments for store bought furniture not only do they not keep their scheduled time they actually change the day of delivery. Once they do that they show up 4 hours late. Simply the worst!!!!!
It took them over 7 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment 10 minutes down the road and ended costing almost 2000$. These guys are crooks, don't trust them.

The team was organized, on Time , efficient and professionnal. Also, very communicative and i recommand Them . Five stars!!!
We moved with three drop-offs in the Montreal area. The movers were skilled, clean and very respectful. Every item was handled with exceptional care, which we found to be impressive. Most of the items moved had to be brought down and up elevators, through doors etc. All was done without any hiccups. The movers worked tirelessly and the whole move took an entire day. The bill was very reasonable which underlines the tremendous value and satisfaction that we experienced. Bravo!
