My experience with them was very ordinary! First, the flowers—the staff were very courteous and kind! No complaints there! Now, the pot! The owner got the size of truck wrong, and we had to use my trailer to unload the rest of my stuff (even though I'd already made 7 or 8 trips before they arrived). Then, when they arrived, they told me I didn't have to move anything, like the kitchen table or washing machine, for example, that they would take care of everything! Even the reinstallation!
My furniture and clothes were stored for a few months. Some Smarties had spilled out of a box containing coats, scarves, drapes, etc. When I opened the box five months later, the Smarties had eaten away at everything. I had to put it all outside and throw it in the trash. I contacted the owner in January 2020, Ms. Marjorie, who told me that her staff didn't carry Smarties around. However, I'm 65 years old, no one came to my house, and they sealed everything up and took it to a secure warehouse.
Called this company early 2023 for a quote. The lady Marjorie answered and I explained to her I had an antique wood oven to move 10 Kms from storage to my residence. I was asked to send picture weight and dimensions. I figured I would give a local company a try as I live in Morin heights. She confirmed that she received info and would reply soonest. Six (6) weeks later I CALLED BACK AND WAS TOLD THEY DONT MOVE THISE THINGS!!?? NOT EVEN THE DECENCY TO CALL BACK AND ADVISE NO QUOTE! ok. Called DMAX in St Jerome.
WARNING! Lacasa Moving Company This company does not admit its mistakes. Following a move for which I had to pay $360 for a refrigerator, they know with impunity that they have a free hand, knowing that the court will not be part of the solution. To be continued...
It was fine except that one of the movers dropped some Smarties in a box and I lost everything: clothes, coats, drapes, scarves, because the myths had a feast!

Fantastic service, truly efficient! The guys were attentive, quick, professional, and polite. They were punctual, which is very rare. They took care of everything. Moving is stressful, and I hadn't finished everything. They packed it all up in no time. They were friendly, fast, and efficient. They wrapped everything securely, leaving no damage. For the price, I'm extremely satisfied. If I move again, I'll definitely use La Casa again! Thank you to your wonderful team from the first call until the very end.
A very friendly team... Efficient and fast... I've dealt with two of their competitors in the past, including the infamous Clan P... and I can tell you that Déménagement laCasa is in a class of its own. They charge a fair price, are well-informed, and don't make you feel like you're being ripped off... thanks again :)
Jordan and his team are true competent, approachable, hardworking and courteous professionals. We have had them move our furniture and belongings out and back into the house twice in a short span of time and their professionalism never wavered. They go above and beyond to provide a very valuable service in taking care of personal possessions and to make sure items are cared for and placed as needed.
Wow. Best experience ever. What a team. From the moment of home evaluation to truck leaving my new home was exceptional. They arrive on time, wrap everything perfectly, carry your possessions with care and strength. They amazed me at how hard they worked from beginning to end. Clean and respectful team. Took care of every wall and corner to not damage new paint on walls. Funny and personable. Every box went to room it needed to go regardless of how many stairs and trips they made to basement.
