Worst experience ever! I don't understand the good reviews. They damaged my furniture and didn't repair anything. Don't carry heavy things if you're exhausted or don't have the strength, gentlemen! Stay away. Completely unprofessional attitude, absolutely no class. Not recommended at all :(

I requested a quote and reserved my moving date by filling out the form they sent me. They thanked me for choosing them. A week before the move, I contacted them again to make sure they would be there. They were there on moving day… The response was, “No, we don’t have a reservation in your name, you just have to change the date!” Even Mr. Lavoie didn’t call me back. I switched companies.

Thank you to Déménageurs D’ici!! Moving on December 27th was a first for me in winter, and I must say, it made me very anxious. They arrived ready—three guys and a driver. We had a 6 1/2 apartment on two floors (admittedly, the basement wasn't very convenient). They were PERFECT and FUNNY. Great atmosphere, efficient work, careful with the equipment, meticulous and hardworking 👌🏻💪🏻 We have two dogs, and they were very understanding with them.

I wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful and highly professional company. They did everything they could to find me a spot between two moves in their already packed schedule. Thank you so much! As for the movers, in addition to being very professional and respectful, they took great care to protect our belongings. They were also very respectful, friendly, and funny, which made what was a stressful experience unforgettable. My only regret is that I don't remember their names, and it's not on my invoice.
