The moving truck arrived 6 hours late. The move took place on June 1st. I'm missing a patio chair; there was also some damage. I still don't have my patio chair; it will soon be two months. When I expressed my disappointment to the owner, he was very rude. I don't think this is an ideal company for IVAC victims.
Hello, We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify a few points. During our correspondence, you accused us of stealing a patio chair and a bicycle lock. After checking, we found that the patio chair remained at your previous residence.
A very bad experience with this company, especially regarding management. I only gave one star because the movers themselves were nice and did a good job. However, their manager is completely incompetent. On moving day, we were told the movers would be at the apartment between 7 and 8 a.m. We arrived at 6:50 a.m. No one showed up. At 8:20 a.m., I tried calling: no answer, so I left a message. The boss called me back at 8:45 a.m.
The worst movers ever. A complete joke. I moved my 4 1/2 apartment (no appliances) from Quebec City to Château-Richer on June 27, 2025. The movers arrived an hour late. They only had small dollies. For the 60 boxes we had, they only managed to fit 4 or 5 per trip. Needless to say, taking an elevator trip was expensive at $285 an hour. Their truck was too small, so everything was packed. Except for my walnut bed, which was disassembled and scratched because they transported it as if it were a 2x4.

Very bad experience. Furniture damaged, not just almost everything... Cuts made with an X-Acto knife on the sofas... theft. They claim to have insurance included. I contacted the company and sent photos of all the damage. They told me they would get back to me... never did. I sent a formal notice in April... they replied to my lawyer in May that they would come back quickly (my move was at the end of February). Again, it's a lie...
This is defamatory, and your claim is also fraudulent. We are awaiting the court date, at which the landlord and the moving company will present photographic and video evidence of your move.
Moving day Sunday, May 31st. The first move was scheduled for 8:00 AM. I received a call at 8:20 AM informing me they would be late because one of the guys hadn't gotten up on time. So they arrived 45 minutes late. They offered no apology, and Nicolas even downplayed the delay and the situation. Nicolas talked incessantly, making racist remarks in front of us, showing no respect for women.

We need to tell the truth because we did respond to your emails. To begin with, our insurance covers $2 million in liability and $275,000 in cargo, so yes, we are insured. When you made your reservation, you selected three movers for July 1st (the busiest day of the year) at 3:00 PM.
