My Roommate was a 2nd Generation Hoarder. I caught her attempting to break into my room. I confronted her & she retaliated by evicting me. I had a horrible accident, and while I was in the hospital, she broke into my room and had her neighbors pack my things and put them IN HER NAME & DEMANDED $300. DARREL'S REFUSED TO CALL THE SHERIFF TO HELP RECOVER MY THINGS. MY MEDICAL RECORDS & SOCIAL SECURITY PAPERS WERE INSIDE The UNIT. THEY WENT AHEAD & AUCTIONED MY BELONGINGS. I WAS SHOCKED.

Really slow have customers waiting outside in the hot rude 1 customer at a time 2 associates helping 1 customer makes no sense to me 👎👎👎 …

I gave them one star so that I could tell about my experience but they don't even deserve that one star rating. Me and my sisters storage unit was burglarized and the thieves managed to get just about everything including a refrigerator, furniture,most of my clothing, her clothing, baby and childrens clothes and about ten large sized totes that contained my valuables as well as irreplaceable baby photos and personal papers.
ugh felt like pulling teeth dealing with this place from the start. teh website said online payment was simple but it kept crashing and i had to call three times to get it sorted definately not a smooth experience. the unit itself is okay i guess but when i showed up there was a bunch of trash left in the hallway from some other tenant that was just sitting there for days.

This storage facility is unsafe. Do not trust storing your property here. My storage unit was broken into and everything stolen. Security is not sufficient. On-site staff told me to expect a call from owner/top management, but they never called. Why rent a storage unit from a business who doesn't even care if your property is stolen while it's under their watch? Do yourself a favor and find a more secure location.

I call and call and call just to make my payment they will not call you back or answer. I’ve called many hours through out different days and I can’t get anyone on the line. I’ve used different Darrells Storages and they at least have a voicemail set up and other locations will actually call you back. This location will not set up voicemail and will never call you back so just keep trying and hope to get through

If the hours are 7-7 then the gate should be open 7-7 not close 10 minutes early. I needed to pick up 1 item which would have took me 2 minutes and because I got there at 6:52 I couldn’t get in. Real smart move Darrell’s...
The garage door is coming off the hedges and it was really dirty. And the price is to high for the unit not good for business

Really enjoy having the opportunity to rent a storage unit here at a reasonable price and friendly staff members from office very clean helpful which i was thankful for accepting my husband Mexican matrícula consular id since he's in process of getting a ca license that was a relief. It's not 24 hours access but i still recommend it to anybody haven't had any problems just follow and understand the rules and responsibilities thanks
