I'm amazed that after all the research I did on this company that on any website you look at, they have such great reviews. They are terrible communicators, Daniel the guy that hands out quotes made so many promises he didn't keep. Kyle, Summer, & Roxy are probably the epitome of bad customer service. I had to sign up with a fake phone number & pretend to be someone else just to get Danny on the phone to help me find out where my belongings were.

I paid and they did NOT show up to move me I booked my move with a hard move date due to leaving the state. I paid my 1/3 deposit and signed with this company due to being a veteran owned and veteran friendly company. I was given 2 potential days to move prior to my deadline. I was concerned leading into the 2 day window since I had not heard from the dispatcher. I was assured that I was on the schedule for the 2 day window.

Wow. Just wow. *to clarify from original post. My service was book under my partner Rebeccah. We had been talking to Roxy to coordinate our move. The day before the pickup, we sent an exact inventory to Roxy, as instructed. When we had someone come to pick up our items, they were incredibly late (scheduled for the morning, showed up at 5-6pm), incredibly condescending to me and my partner, and kept telling us we didn’t send them an inventory.

I strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. My experience with Safe Hands Relocation was not only disappointing, it was infuriating. What started as a reasonable quote quickly turned into a bait-and-switch situation. Major furniture items I clearly discussed during the intake call were somehow left off the inventory, resulting in a final price that was more than double the original estimate.

Never use this company. First, they changed our pick up date THE DAY BEFORE it was supposed to be pick up. So our entire house was packed and ready to go and we had to wait another day. Second, they were late the day of pick up. The crew arrived an hour later than what we were told. Third, the truck they brought had 1/3 of the truck filled with other people’s items. We moved out of state and I’m so scared our stuff is going to be mixed with this random persons things.

Using Safe Hands was one of the most stressful and expensive mistakes I’ve ever made. They sold me on a full-service, non-brokered move—then outsourced everything to random contractors who immediately told me the quote I was given was way off, despite my inventory being 100% accurate. I was forced to pay 3x the original quote or risk losing my belongings. Classic bait-and-switch. Communication was a disaster. I dealt with over 15 different people.

7 WEEKS and still NO DELIVERY DATE !!! Nothing but a gaslighting response!!! And I’m not working with anyone but I wish I could!! Do you really want to trust your belongs to a company that can’t/won’t deliver?? Read the reviews. It has been 3 months of waiting for another one of their customers and another who hasn’t gotten their belongings. RUN!!! **They are brokers** Don’t believe their lies!!!**😡 This company is nothing but thieves.

Movers broke the glass, damaged the frame and the print itself of a very large picture. The movers lied to us about breaking the glass when we questioned them. Other items were also damaged, plus we had a bathroom cabinet that was moved, but not into our new house. The company won't reimburse us for the damage. I don't recommend to use this company.
