DO NOT HIRE THIS 'COMPANY' I have never been so disgusted at lack of common sense. the movers that were sent to move my things were rude, illiterate, and careless. When asked for a different crew, there wasn't any available which just proves this so called company is unprepared and lacking professionalism. Things being stolen, broken, and crew members leaving the job before its finished... Can't leave out that I was basically begged for a tip for their poor work.
“We take these matters very seriously. However, we have no record or recollection of any customer experience fitting your story and description, nor can we verify anything about your identity from your Google+ account, which appears to have just been created for the purpose of disparaging our firm.”
Our experience was not good. Initially owner was very responsive and quote was reasonable. Day of move, workers showed up in slides and flip flops not prepared to move heavy furniture. They also did not complete the job in the timeframe agreed to. Majority of furniture was not wrapped and there were broken pieces and scratches. Our ceiling was also scratched and punctured down to dry wall. When trying to contact owner about repairs he was unresponsive for days and weeks at a time.

Due to such a bad experience I think it is important to write a review. I booked with “Ready To Move” a month before requiring their services. The day before my appointment I called to confirm and the owner told me they would be to me at 2pm and would call me before to let me know they were on the way. On the day of my appointment I did not receive a call and at 2pm no one had arrived.

If you’re looking for a moving company, I highly recommend Ready To Move! The gentlemen who handled our move were absolutely outstanding. They treated every piece of our furniture with great care and professionalism, and it was obvious they took pride in their work. I had underestimated just how many flights of stairs they would have to climb, yet not once did any of them complain. They tackled every challenge with a smile, positive attitude, and incredible work ethic.
