Horrible experience, came to close my storage and office closed during businesses hours. Could not get my storage key after driving for more than 1300 miles. No manager or assistant manager available. Prices increased twice and poor service. Now I will have to drive 2.5 hours out of my way, spend more gas money. Just to note that I am a senior citizen and disabled. After finally getting into my storage unit I discovered that I was robbed.

If you’re thinking on keep your belongings safe here look for another place. I rented a storage from May2920- January 2021 they offered an insurance the one I paid each month and when I went puck up my stuff has a lot off water damaged a pool table was all wet then a wood bedroom with water damage and mold from all the time was wet and they take pictures of the floor the day I picked my belongings a day that wasn’t raining so because wasn’t water there the storage can’t proved water got in so they didn’t wanted to…

The male owner, after 3 weeks, still has not demonstrated courtesy & professionalism by contacting me back in a timely manner to refund my card $291 that was never authorized to be used as a monthly auto-pay card for my mother's storage unit (not mine) even though the card was used one time only to create the account online. Please, please, please contact me to take care of this.

They just took over my storage unit in San Antonio. My monthly rent is $76 for my unit and instead of taking a prorated amount for July rent, they charged my account $152. I call them and there's no one to talk to and so far no callbacks after leaving my contact info twice. This company is a rip off with poor customer service!
