Do not use this company! The owner (Monty) is unresponsive and unwilling to accept responsibility for damage. I have been attempting to resolve a fairly simple issue since October and have been unsuccessful. There have been many, many calls and texts but zero accountability or effort to live up to their promise. It’s incredibly disappointing to I see a business act so unprofessional and dishonestly.
Hey Bryan I believe I personally resolved your issue. Not sure if you remembered but I paid you fully for your damages and personally apologized being that it was my fault it took so long. Again I'm sorry you didn't have the greatest experience
They were two hours late, would not return phone calls/answer the phone. They were professional in their service, moved out in 1 hour, moved in in 1 hour, 35 minute drive each direction - 4 hundred - seems a bit steep

The moving team was friendly and hardworking...however was charged $150 more than quoted. A china cabinet was installed and left upside down and a bracket for my upright freezer was lost so I can't close it anymore. When I reached out to the company they never returned the message.

I ask before moving my stuff do they put beds back together the lady said yes we do but when moving all my stuff in the movers refuse to do it cause insurance Policy if they would of said no the first time I would of found other movers that would do it I am not happy at all
My move on May 14th from Racine, WI to St. Francis, WI went very well. However, my TV was damaged during the move and is no longer usable. I’ve been waiting 7 weeks for a replacement TV with very poor responsiveness. I’m elderly and live alone. Very poor business practices.

let's begin with your broken tv. first off you were extremely happy when we moved you the first time. then you called us SEVERAL MONTHS AFTER your move and said your tv was broken and that our crew did it. i did call our insurance as i told you and they would not honor a claim so far after a move.

When we were having our kitchen floor sanded and refinished, we needed the stove, and refrigerator moved out and back. A small job, but important to us. Initially we called “the other guys.” What a mistake! Two skinny little guys with no straps or know how. After the floor was done, we called Monti at Here and There Moving. What a difference: 4 big guys with one of them obviously in charge of logistics. They eased the appliances into place without a scratch on walls or our beautiful new floor.

I’ve used several moving companies recently and this move was arrange for my mom, so I needed specific things to happen before I would move forward. I live out of state, so everything was arranged over the house phone with Monte. He assured me they would be fair, careful with wrapping and mom would not have to worry. I was there for the move and they deserve 10 stars. Professional and efficient and a bit fun too! Thanks to everyone involved, mom is happy!

We moved across town and the gentlemen that were sent to help were great. Very professional and courteous to us throughout the whole process. They called when they were on their way and were on time. Cost was great and we appreciate all the help. Would use again and recommend to anyone

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Added some extra stars....Monte and his crew were amazing to work with. Really doing business with them. I will definitely recommend them especially if you happen to be moving a grand piano as part of your baggage. Very speedy too considering all the stuff I had.
