I had a return scheduled to be picked up today and they never showed up. There was zero communication about the delivery and when I finally called 3 hours later I was told they took it upon themselves to change the delivery date without notifying anyone. If I hadn't called I wouldn't have found out. My spouse took the day off work to meet them since someone had to be present. Completely unprofessional and disappointing behavior

Diamond line is great, especially their driver Robby. He does a great job of communicating with us so we know when to expect him and he always goes the extra mile when he delivers to make sure our deliveries get out of the weather!
