My Diamond experience was poor. They packed terribly, putting heavy and breakable items in the same box, left items in drawers then flipped the furniture upside down or flipped the boxes upside down, dumping the contents everywhere. When unloading, they did not consistently put boxes into the rooms as labeled, forcing me to hunt all over for items and then move them myself.
Dear Tom, Your experience is very important to us and our future customers. We would love to hear your feedback and a chance to make all the things right for you. We sent a quote with a 9 hours (It was indicated on your estimate as minimum charge).
Not the best. I hired Diamond Movers to move my 2 bedroom apartment more than a month in advanced. The first 30 min the movers moved all my boxes onto the truck (which I left ready in the garage.) When they realized how fast they were working they slowed down in attempt to milk the clock since they charge per hour. I began to use their dolly’s to move furniture while they took a water break. I hired 2 movers and they sent 3 movers in which only 1 was moving quick.
Dear Alcides, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the service provided. Originally you requested two man and a truck for three hours and we sent three guys instead for the price of two man.
I ordered the service Sep 10th. The leader is supportive and responsible but the two crews are not professional. My wife’s diamond ring was in jewelry box which carried by ourselves and placed in the bathroom of master bedroom. It was missing after the two crews assembled the bed in that room. So we told them if it didn’t show up we will call police. Then we left and came back about 10 minutes later, the ring appeared in a open box downstairs. After the crews left, we also found one pair of gold earrings missing.

I just hired them for my moving and they was so impolite and waste my 3 hours to discuss with me. Wall damage and they broken my tv table legs with no excuse.
The initial scheduling process was a breeze, or at least I thought it was. The man helping me was courteous and professional and there was availability on the date I requested. This positive first impression gave me confidence that the move would be super smooth and this really helped me sleep easy at night because we were moving on the final day or our lease. The move date arrived and three men arrived early. This was nice because we were highly motivated to get moving!
This was 100% Diamond Movers. Almas was the person who provided the quote. These people will rip you off! I was given a not to exceed quote and they charged my credit card, without my consent, an amount higher than the not to exceed amount. I was quoted for services that they did not do, and then charged me more than they said they would. The only bright spot is the moving guys did a pretty good job, but they will steal your money!!
Hello Michael! Sorry to hear about your negative experience, but we unable to find the person under your name and nobody called us in regards this matter. Looks like you had a bad experience with someone else.
DO NOT USE *Movers took excessive breaks, stole items from my home. When confronted at the new house because I labeled the boxes and two were missing the foreman "Mike" said he wouldn't call anyone at his office to assist. So I called the police. The manager then called me to settle the situation and promised he'd help me file a claim with their insurance which he doesn't have. He only offered me .60c per pound for the lost items which were collectibles worth thousands. Worst movers I've ever hired. Period.
First off I ask for 4 movers only 3 showed up.. took there time.. took them 8 hrs to move a small family of a 3 bedroom town house…cough one guy resting on my bed.. would not recommend this moving company to any one.. oh and by the way building my baby crib they strip all the bolts and it was supper lose.. if I would of put my baby in that crib they rebuilt it would of fell apart… horrible

Newest review 11/20/2025 I had an incredible experience with Diamond Moving Company, and I can’t recommend this team highly enough. Moving is usually stressful, overwhelming, and full of opportunities for things to go wrong — but Diamond Moving Company turned the entire experience into something smooth, thoughtful, and safer from beginning to end. From the moment the team arrived, I felt immediately at ease. Every item, no matter how big or small, was wrapped with care and attention.
We hired Diamond Movers twice in the last 5 years. Yesterday they helped us again. Very efficient move. Everything is on time. Great pricing. I would hire this team again without hesitation. Thank you!
They showed up on-time and did a good enough job. However, we were put off when the foreman said, I don't want to be rude, but normal tip is 20% and I didn't want to say anything yesterday - as I was handing them a generous tip and had tipped them well the day before and bought all of them lunch and gave them all waters and soda all day - yes, that is super rude. Especially when the office manager said $20-50 was customary and I tipped way more than that. A 20% tip on a $4,000 move, are you serious?
We are so thankful for Diamond Movers!!!! After an awful experience trying to work with a different company for a cross country move (and having to cancel same-day because of the nightmare) we called Diamond Movers who had done local moves for us in the past, and they were at our house that night packing the truck. We are blown away by the professionalism and speed at which they work, incredibly kind people all around and very efficient. Zack, David and the crew are phenomenal. They make moving a breeze!
