MICE! RATS! PROPERTY DAMAGE! As a college student, I expected all storage options for summer break to be subpar from a far Dino’s looks like a great option. However, when I returned back, I found approximately 100-$200 worth of property damage from rodents. I am disgusted and would never recommend this place to anybody and will never be coming back.
We are upset to see this review. We have had no complaints of mice or rodents at our facility. We have a very comprehensive rodent deterrent policy.

In their own words
We just moved my daughter out of her dorm room for the summer. A Google search found J Street Storage, under 2 miles from campus. The rates are good, and Jennifer is amazing to work with. Efficient and friendly! Another plus is a Lincoln PD building right next door, which makes the place feel even more secure. The inside of our unit was very clean, as was the whole building. Plus they have a cart available for use, making move-in simple!

It’s rare to find business’s that care about customer service as much as this storage facility does. Dominick the property manager was extremely responsive and answered all my questions. Jenn the district coordinator for Lincoln helped me work through a billing issue I created. Everyone was helpful and “Nebraska Nice” through through all of it. Thanks again for all your help!

My wife Jennifer at 601 J st does an excellent job with cleanliness and great customer relations she goes above and beyond to make sure her tenants are taken care of the best she can I'm proud of her she has always been very customer oriented and I say these things not just cause she is my wife, she has always been like this for as long as I can remember and unfortunately she has been overlooked by many in the past for the outstanding work she does great job Jennifer and I hope you get more great reviews cause you…
