Do not use this service. Sales guy Michael lied repeatedly and will say anything to get you to solidify your freight, back office will play dumb. Maria and Diego are unhelpful, ignored calls/emails and blatantly rude, especially when they have your stuff; don’t fall for the first conversation you have with them as this will quickly change when they have control of your shipment.

DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT EACH MOMENT OF YOUR MOVE. The system won't let me give them a '0' which is why I had to select '1' star. We used Direct Relocation Services to move my dad from California to Texas. My initial contact with this company was on July 11 and I secured the contract on July 12. I was promised, via email, that the pick up date in California was locked in for July 28.

This has been the worst moving experience of all time. I would post less than one star if possible. Said they’d beat a competitor who actually came to SEE our belongings, said they’d honor that quote. Loaded half of our stuff, then wanted 6 THOUSAND MORE DOLLARS for the rest. ‘But that wasn’t OUR quote’. Yet no one called to follow up as was promised until my household was held hostage. Were several hours late, both days.

Zero stars. Instead of reassuring me that I could cancel or change my shipment up to 3 days prior to shipping date, they should have advised me not to sign or pay until 3 days prior. I requested the cancelation 13 days prior to the shipping date. Based on my conversation and trust of the salesman, I signed and paid without reading the full contract....my error!

I was very disappointed with the services provided by this company. I recently moved from Georgia to Kentucky. My belongings were loaded onto a large box truck. The company attempted to deliver my goods in a 53 foot tractor trailer. The made it to about a quarter-mile from my house when they decided they couldn't go any further. They then backed the truck all the way to the beginning of the road. We began unloading the trailer into my pickup. When my truck was full, I drove the half mile to my house and unloaded.

We took this service for an east coast to west coast move. Initially, we had a conversation with Jordy. Unlike other moving companies, he was professional and not pushy at all. And the quote seemed reasonable. So, I booked them. Based on my experience, I am listing the pros and cons of the Company. Cons: 1. When the final inventory listing call was done a few days before the pick, my quote, compared to the initial quote, went up because Jordy put the wrong dimensions for almost everything.

I CANNOT RECOMMEND this company. Response time and Customer service good until 1st deposit received and you are locked in. Then it's either no answer or another excuse for a delay. Price went up when truck loaded even though their estimator had personally counted all boxes. My choice ... pay up or have truck unloaded and belongings left at curbside. Shipping and therefore arrival date kept being postponed... had to pay additional month's storage fees.

Liars and jerks. Don’t let their kind responses to all of the reviews on here fool you. The actual movers themselves did a good job, but corporate promised numerous times over the phone that pickup would be a day before they actually came. The people in corporate knew this was impossible as the truck that came for our move was in Atlanta for a job the morning our move was scheduled in Florida (we did not know this until our driver told us he was leaving from Atlanta at 2pm) but corporate still promised that they…
