The worst moving experience my family has ever endured. They were unprofessional, disrespectful, and recklessly threw and broke my belongings and stole my grandmothers rings out of my mothers jewelry box. They were cursing and speaking of pot around my children, and one man even complained the entire time and quit working completely. And to top it all off, they tripled the estimated price after it was all said and done.

The worst service you could ever ask for. They showed up 3hrs 20mins late, the idiot supervisor then told his worker to have me call him. Utter nonsense. I got on the phone with this fool and he starts yapping a whole bunch of smack not even a simple apology. The workers then rage quit for no reason. All this over $220, complete wast of my time to write this review. This business is not worth your time either, better call Tri City Movers.

I hate to do this, but I have to since they don’t want to make things right as they informed us they would back in July! This company is moved from an apartment to our new home all went okay there.. All the damage you see in the photos happened during the unloading process of the move. I notice the damage areas few days later as we wasn’t living in the home right away… I spotted the gash in the wall & the damaged to the stairs first, then we went to grab our new TV only had 4 months to turn on and see the screen…

I would like to first start off by saying a big Thank You with kindness to the three hardworking movers that we had on the day of move. On June the 17th 2016 we experienced the worst kind of customer service from the owner Mike. When I initially set-up service with this company, I was informed per Mike that based off what I told him the move was going to be priced at $260.00. He also stated that the move shouldn't take no more than two-hours. Well actually the move took a total of six hours.

The crew was friendly and took care of my move but I had several items broken. Dean the owner broke one of my standing lamps himself. He was aware of the damages on the day of the move yet didn't process a claim with insurance. I understand accidents happen sometimes yet as a business owner you need to make it right. After multiple attempts on my part to resolve the issue, Dean hasn't gotten back to me with payment for replacing and fixing the items they broke.

I reached out to Discount Movers for a quote on a move. Initially, they were attentive to my needs and quickly scheduled a visit to my home to do an in person assessment. Meanwhile, I had locked in a deal with another company, as we were getting multiple quotes for our move. When I texted Discount Movers to cancel our in person appointment, the response I got was “Woow”. Not thank you for reaching out to us, good luck with your move, nothing. Very poor business acumen and quite disappointing.

DO NOT USE!! I had antiques broken, bed piecea missing, new furniture scratched, and a new mattress dragged across the ground and snares all over one side if the mattress with dirt stains. When I called owner he finally showed up a couple of days later, never offered any financial discount, nor would he give me his insurance information so I could file a claim.

I would not recommend that you use this company they will tell you one price and at the end of the move they'll come up with a totally different price very unprofessional not clear and direct with their business practice if you do decide to use this company make sure you lock in a price and do not deviate from that price listen to the language that they use be very clear about your decision and what the price is if you do decide to use this company but I do not recommend
