This company moved my 82 year old mom. They were very reckless, non-caring, and in a hurry throughout the move. Beautiful heirloom furniture that had been very recently restored was scratched, banged, and dented. They were extremely unprofessional and when pointing out the damage they tried to downplay it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
We apologize that we didn't provide a positive experience for your move Steve. We reached out to set up and schedule repairs for the damages that occurred. Our teams always do their best to prevent damages, but unfortunately sometimes they do still occur.
Hired them and their communication was good. The appointment was for 9AM and they showed up at 10:20AM, but did let me know they were running late. My issue is they damaged just about every item we had moved. Our TV Stand, jewelry stand, our couches, dining room table, bed, bookcase..instead of picking up and carrying our leather couch down the stairs they slide it and left marks down each stair and rubbed the leather off the entire back of the couch.
My experience with Mustang was, unfortunately, very disappointing. I will start with the positives, then move to the negatives. The positives: They were able to bring some items to a second location. Additionally, they finished with 10 minutes to spare. Their company policy does state that you have to pay for two hours, so that 10 minutes could've gone to loading more, etc. But at least their time management was there as far as going to other locations.
We went with Mustang after seeing them moving the previous owners out of the home we were purchasing. We looked them up and saw great reviews so felt great about hiring them. Maybe we ended up with a completely new crew, or were a fluke, but this experience has been and still is awful. We have moved five times in seven years and have never had more than one piece of damage, if any, in a move. Mustang somehow stained our sectional in multiple places.
The amount of fake 5 star reviews are insane! This is by far the worst moving company we have ever used. Completely destroyed half of our items (TV, Dryer, floors, bedroom furniture) to the point we had the police come out to file a destruction of property report with the estimated value being $10,000-$15,000 (Felony damage). Ryan (the owner) had his insurance company come out and they verified everything that we have said to be true.
Brantley, we are greatly disappointed to hear about your experience with us. As the owner of the company I always do my best to handle each claim fairly and with care when they do happen. We did not send out an insurance company.
Had a move with company back in January. My future was damaged and to date still have not received an email back with a resolution or anyone to ever pick up the phone. Movers were nice and understand things happen which is why they have insurance but doesn't look like they are willing to make things right. Would not recommend.
Not happy at all with them putting my washer & dryer in backwards. Left it for me and my disabled daughter to move around. They also did not use drop cloths and put some major scratches in my floor. I tried emailing them and they never responded.

Great service and great price! Getting a quote and setting up the moving time was easy and emails were always responded to promptly. All the information needed was provided to me clearly ahead of time. On the day of my move, the movers called to tell me when they were 15 minutes away and arrived on time. The 3 men that helped us were professional and friendly. They moved my stuff with care and made sure to place everything exactly where I wanted it. Also, they were quick and efficient!

TL/DR: Phenomenal customer service, kind and communicative movers, quick services Customer service: I was contacted very shortly after requesting a quote to confirm all of the information I had provided and schedule an appointment. Everyone who I was able to speak to were very, very kind. They talked me through the whole process, answered all of my questions, and nailed down an appointment with me. They even have a concierge service to help you set up utilities which I thought was very nifty!
