Let me describe my first experience with Little Guys Movers. In January 2015, I was scheduled for a move from a home in Elon with 5 porch steps, to a 4th floor walk-up in Greensboro. They sen 3 young guys and this first move could not have been better. They arrived at 8am had the truck load and were on the road by 9:30am. Once we arrived they unload, mind you 4th floor walk up, and had the job completed by noon. I was so pleased with them, I bought them all lunch! I could not have had a better experience!

This was the exact message that I sent them a week ago. It went unanswered...the backstory is that I was moving down the hall to a different apartment. It was on the same level and in eyesight of apartment 1. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- First of all, the moving crew was very nice and I truly don't want to get anyone in trouble. However the day did not go as expected.
reviews are definitely being removed - DO NOT RECOMMEND b/c moving is stressful enough w/o these ppl 1. they showed with an estimate that was different from what I was quoted an emailed 2. They asked me to sign off saying that I received and understood the brochure (they weren't even prepared to give me a copy of the brochure, yet wants me to sign saying I received it) 3.
I submitted a quote request from them over two weeks ago and received an email to supply everything being moved (furniture, number of boxes etc.) which I did do. Never heard back from them. I guess they don’t need the business. I have since found a great company who did want my business.

It’s been six weeks now and I still have had no one even attempt to clean the stains that they did to my brand new custom couch. I keep being told there is no one in your area, or we are looking, you will be contacted. But NOTHING! I have to reach out, constantly with no help at all!!! I will repeat again! Please find another moving company and don’t find yourself in the situation I am in now…..in the three weeks since my first review I had someone come touch up the wood. That’s it!

Probably a good moving company if you wanna pay $900 to move (a 2 bedroom apartment worth of furniture with no appliances and no boxes I moved my roughly 50 boxes myself in my SUV with the help of my friends in their SUVs days before my actual move) around the corner (the same zip code) literally 5 minutes 1.9 miles..I ended up reserving a Uhaul...and hiring some guys from Uhaul Moving Helpers to move the bigger stuff....it costed me $300 for two guys for two hours and a truck ..Uhaul Moving Helpers are certified…

I strongly do not recommend this company and would give zero stars if I could. My belongings were tossed out in the grass and still was finding things for weeks afterwards. Furniture was ruined in the process of moving and the men marked damaged on basically anything of value, even brand new items that had only been touched or moved from the original store. Due to the men wanting to knock off early caused me to not meet my deadline for final walk through.
I'm very sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with our moving services. This move occurred almost a year ago and we were not informed about some of the problems that you have described. The office is open everyday from 8am - 6pm and appreciate all feedback whether positive or negative.
I spoke with Josh a month prior to my move to set a move date. Josh told me that he would put me on the schedule. He specified the time and date they would arrive. I called to confirm the day before my move because I had not heard from the company since that phone call. I was told that they did not have me on the schedule and would not be able to move me this week. I was told they have no record of me calling to set a move date. I followed up the phone call with an email and I have not received a response.

They communicated arrival via phone, they were punctual and professional. This group of young men worked together efficiently, while communicating to each other and working together in a smooth transition for us. These folks are very professional and thorough. Checked several times to be sure the date and move were still on.On the day of the move, which was scheduled for between 1 and 3 pm, the driver called to ask if the could come at 12 noon as they had finished their earlier assignment. We certainly agreed.TJ and Trev arrived around noon and were also very professional. Two very nice young men. They went about their business and by 5:30 pm had completed the job.

I recently used Little Guys Movers Greensboro for my daughter’s move after graduation. Scheduling with Desmond was easy and flexible, accommodating all my requests and questions promptly. Soon after scheduling, my daughter was informed that she needed to stay in the area, prompting us to revise our plans and secure a new apartment due to the expiration of our current lease.
