Right Fit Storage

!!!Do not move your things inside of here!!!! . They have rats , roaches , and people living here, and will assume you brought it. If I could leave zero stars I would. I picked this storage unit due to it being brand new . The process of getting the unit and moving truck was a lil hectic . Everything as good until I went to my unit in October to get my clothes where I found rat pooping in my clothes. the insurance that is offered does not really cover the damage. It’s a $500 limit .

Rude as everything. The people you call over the phone, the customer service, are really nice and really helpful but when you get to the actual store, they are totally different.i walk in and said hello, he was rude and snarky. Guy told me they didn't have the size I wanted when I knew they did. He showed us two more, and when I decided it was too high, he got even more rude and took the keys and said okay thank you and walked away. You couldn't pay me to go back there.

My experience with Right Fit Storage has shifted. First, my pricing changed per month because of an error created by an associate when creating my contract, my pricing doubled unexpectedly, and I had to take it upon myself to communicate this to property management to which they can only apologize but not uphold what was in writing on the contract. Secondly my storage unit was broken into by an unknown individual.

I had to choose a star rating but i wouldn’t even give this place 1 star! My godmother has been renting a storage unit here for over a year, paying consistently, and on January 2nd she arrived to move her belongings out only to find extensive rat droppings and urine throughout the unit. Her clothes, furniture, and personal items were contaminated and destroyed, forcing her to throw almost everything away. The emotional and financial loss was devastating.

Customer Service is awful and forgetful. You also can not contact anyone after hours. Especially the emergency line on the window. Also make sure everything works before they close or you will be locked out. They gave me an access code that I paid for and it didn’t work during their open gate hours around 7:00 pm. If me having to sitting in the office, calling management, or customer services back to back with almost no answer for 2 and a half hours.

I had a previous storage at the Spring Garden location for a few years and never an issue. However, at this location I was misinformed and deceived about the 4 months of a special rate. Jeff the Regional manager talks to you condescending like your a child and proceeds to say there is no contact above him besides the owner. They put pride over customer service when the wrong information provided was on their part not mine. Instead of making things right Jeff's response was "I don't know what to tell you".

Although the Units are clean and climate controlled, The employees here are not experienced enough to suggest the Sizing of the Units and have very Expensive charges and add a lot of them back to back to make the payment so expensive that it's ridiculous and I do not suggest this company to anyone, ever putting there property here! They are horrible business!

I rented a unit on the 1st floor less than 30 days ago from Angela. Today when moving my items out I noticed it was RAT INFESTED all throughout my unit, the lady 3 doors down was RAT INFESTED as well. What ANGELA tells me when moving out was a unit less than 5 doors down was RAT INFESTED less than 3 months ago. The lady also told me a month ago she complained about it & nothing was done. Nobody told me NOTHING not even ANGELA who rented me the unit.
