I would never recommend this company to anyone. They showed up an hour late moved 7 boxes and than said they had to leave…. Left me with no mover and I had a 700 mile ride to my new home… absolutely unprofessional!!! There was no wrong information given. You should have someone who understands English speaking to your customers. I told them it was little furniture and 40 boxes. And that’s what it was you walked in said it was going to take 3 hours not 2 and I said ok.
With all due respect, we prefer not to give you our address since your reservation was the complete opposite of what you described over the phone. We are a professional moving company and we do our best for our clients, but we also cannot allow our reputation to be damaged as you intend to do…
This is by far the worst moving company I have used. I requested three movers and two trucks. They showed up on time with 4 movers with one truck and a trailer. 2 movers left, the third mover showed up just in time for the commute to the next house. He moved a few things and rode to the new house and moved a few things. So I paid for three movers for the 2 hour drive. Most of my furniture is damaged and needs to be replaced. Due to having two movers when I was quoted for three it took them twice as long.
At first, Cristian and Jose did a fantastic, efficient, fast job at my house. They loaded several pieces of large furniture. A whole house in two hours! I rehired Cristian to move my apartment furniture for 5pm today. I rushed to get a payment for him from the bank, and rushed to be at my apartment to get it ready for him to move items out. He was a no-show, and never called me or apologized for not showing up. He had his friend call me after I had gotten to the apartment. Unprofessional. Not happy in the end.
They make you write a review right in front of them. I’m editing my review because I have several things damaged also they were extremely late and took their time. ($120 an hour) One of the damaged items is very old and precious to me as it belonged to my grandmother. The other items are expensive furniture. (I don’t have much of that) They asked me for water I told them they could get all they wanted out of the fridge only to find the crumpled empty bottles in my yard after they left with a trash can within a few…

Elite Moving and Garbage Company was absolutely AMAZING! I used them for both my move and junk removal, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were reliable, right on time, professional, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. I especially appreciated how careful they were with my furniture. They used shrink wrap, moving blankets, and took the extra time to make sure everything was properly protected during the move. They worked efficiently while still treating my belongings with care.
Hired Elite Moving and Garbage to help with our move & they were AMAZINGG. Gregorio & Javier came in very professional & literally took care of each and every box, bag, furniture that was touched with personal care. I was very concerned about my extremely large sectional getting through the door way. Had issues with getting it in when I first bought it. But that wasnt an issue for them. Took them 10 mins. It jaw-dropping shock to say the least.

I could not, could not say enough about these three guys they were exactly on time to the second-they just worked and unpacked my storage unit and an unbelievable amount of time. Best Movers I’ve ever had and I’ve moved a lot lol They moved into my new apartment. They unwrapped and put out my rug , my couch, my bed help me look for remotes, put everything in one neat pile. They were professional and polite and quick, and the communication in the beginning was hasslefree. He always answered my text right away.
