ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!! MOVING COMPANY!!! SPEND YOUR MONEY BETTER ELSEWHERE!!! Their "movers" were unprofessional, incompetent, and down right CARELESS. They DESTROYED our BRAND NEW, NEW CONSTRUCTION home upon moving our things. They broke multiple brand new items, dented, scratched and dirtied anything they touched. They left our mattress out in the rain for hours. Left garbage through out the house. Broke the front wheels off our brand new tool box.

This is my first public review, and I intentionally waited until everything had run its course before sharing my experience. I wanted to see how Don Farr Moving would handle the situation from beginning to end before posting anything publicly. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. During my move, several of my belongings were damaged, and my brand-new home also sustained structural damage during the move.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are the worst. I used them to move and they are negligent, incompetent and unprofessional. They came recommended to me by another moving company that wasn't available on my required dates. I had a large house with nice furniture to move. Their movers are young, untrained and unmotivated. We felt like they were scoping us out for a future late-night visit. When they delivered our furniture, they said things like “….

I want to start with the movers were friendly and efficient; they did not damage any of my belongings. The pricing was consistent with the quote and very reasonable. If it weren't for those factors, their customer service would get zero stars. I moved shortly after the snow storm, so conditions were snow, mud, water and ice, so I understand there's going to be a little bit of a mess.

UPDATE: We understand your frustration and want to be very clear about the next step so this can be properly reviewed by management. For privacy and legal reasons, we are required to work directly with the individual whose name is on the contract.

My move with Don Farr Moving was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Aaron, Tony, Ryan, and Caiden were truly the best. Professional, respectful, and incredibly efficient. They handled everything with care, worked seamlessly as a team, and made what could have been a stressful day feel easy. Not a single issue, not a single moment of doubt. These guys are men of their word. The office staff deserves just as much praise. Every time I called, someone was there to help.
Dan and partner did a great job returning items from storage. Fast but careful of items, efficient, professionals and friendly.
I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Keith, the driver and mover, provided excellent service. My belongings were picked up from a storage unit in Florida and delivered to a residence in Maryland, and everything arrived on schedule. Kevin in the office was also a tremendous help. He was responsive, informative, and made the logistics of a long-distance move feel manageable and stress-free. Communication was clear and consistent the whole way through, and the pricing couldn’t be beat.
