The rating breakdown
0 of the 33 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Double Time Transport are one or two star.
Worked out from 33 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Traverse City
5.8 percentage points lower than the middle of the 13 listings in Traverse City we can publish a rate for.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I can't say enough good comments about this company! This is due to the professionalism in the front office, very fair and competitive rates, excellent service, and quick turn-a-round. The expertise of Jesse and management from Mark far, far surpassed the other carriers in the U.S. that I had been working with since this last summer to transport my Truck from New York to Traverse City. These other companies supposedly had excellent ratings but were horrible on service and double the price.
We bought a SUV in the Boston area and needed to have it transported to the Upper Michigan.... Double Time Transport is by far the best transport company I have ever dealt with (six total). The staff was great, easy to work with, the driver was fantastic, great communication and on time. Thanks Double Time...
Used these people for a transport from arizona to Traverse City, Mi. It was a seamless operation. Jeep arrived on schedule and for a reasonable price. People in office a pleasure to deal with. I recommend highly.
First time transporting our SUV via a transport company. I was a little concerned about using a broker located in an office somewhere who doesn't have any real accountability or a personal relationship with the drivers , so in talking to a friend he suggested that I contact Double Time as they as local and have a great rep. I have to say, it couldn't have been a better experience.
