In their own words
Duffy Piano moved our baby grand piano from Glen Mills to Wilmington on 02/10/23. Excellent communication in the days prior to the the move. On the day of the move, they arrived on time and were very professional, careful and efficient. The price charged was extremely fair. A pleasure working with Duffy. I highly recommend their services.
Thank you for the 5 stars. We really appreciate you taking the time to leave this review.
We have an old 1961 Bally Lido Bingo machine that needed to be moved up three flights of stairs in the City. We called so many places (that refused) and one mover suggested we call Duffy. The top box of the machine weighs over 250 lbs and is very delicate due to glass and mechanicals. Duffy's guys came over and moved that machine with no problem. It was amazing to watch them. They were so careful, personable and professional. Thank you to Kerri for helping to make this happen. I highly recommend this company.
Thanks for the positive review Diane, its much appreciated.
We wanted a piano moved, and Duffy popped up at least three times, so we called. The gentleman I spoke with were so respectful and helpful. They responded in a timely manner to our message left... old school. They were informative, polite, and arrangements were made, and price given for the move... again old school. They came within the timeframe given... once again old school. They handled the piano with care, placed it where we wanted and gave a bit of family owned business history... yep, old school.
Thank you Rose. I agree with you. There’s something about “old school” businesses and work that just stand out to me. Stress and anxiety free. Because For some reason I know the job will get done, and get done right ? lol. I’m very pleased we are able to be in that old school classification.
Duffy Piano Movers are simply the best! Kevin, Jim and Shane were so nice and handled my baby with care. They did an amazing job and worked with such precision, that it was like watching a well oiled machine. She had been sitting un-touched for over 12 years and she was dusty. They arrived on time at my parents house in PA and opened her up for me so I can blow out all the dust. They then proceeded to give her a complimentary polish and made her look all shinny. We drove her straight to her new home in NJ.
Thank you so much for this review. We appreciate it.
