In their own words
Movers were helpful but sales person was incredibly rude, hung up on us when we called and said in a rude tone “I’m hanging up on you now” after arguing because we felt we were wronged with the hidden fees; gave us quote and we had to pay close to 1000.00 more. He did not tell us that we would be charged more and that 7 hours was the minimum when it actually was 4, but then he continued to deny this and said he had a recording. The moving process was made even more stressful
Awful for a couple of reasons. Most importantly, they completely botched the construction of our bed. They installed one of the frames upside down and failed to install important screws. They said nothing to us and acted like they’d done everything right. The bed then collapsed with my pregnant wife sleeping on it. They also left a number of important items in the old apartment, including the TV, requiring several UberXL trips to complete the job.
Disappointed. Showed up with a small 12 foot truck for our move, despite us detailing our furniture and belongings. They tried to blame it on us and say we had too much stuff, so we cross checked their list and everything matched. They tried to say we have more clothes than they expected after that, which is hilarious, because all our clothes fit into our tiny NYC closets. Then they sent a second crew and tried to charge us double.
Customer service is bad but the driver and packing is good. They initially make false promises for low charges but on the moving day their guys put you in a fix by quoting much higher price than promised earlier and now you don't have much choice left but to agree to the demand. This is very bad and you feel cheated.

The guys from Dynamic communicated with us clearly, arrived on time, handled every contingency, worked through all the issues with our insufficient packing, and were generally extremely fast, efficient and careful. They were also just super nice and a pleasure to work with. Their price was more than reasonable for the amount of time and high level of service. I would highly recommend them to anyway.
5 Stars for Romy and the Dynamic Movers Team! They worked fast, efficiently, and with real care for our belongings. What could have been a stressful moving day turned into a smooth, easy experience thanks to their professionalism. They handled everything seamlessly, communicated clearly, and truly took all the stress out of our move. I can’t recommend Romy and his crew enough — if you’re looking for reliable movers who get the job done right, Dynamic Movers is the way to go!
My friend recommended them to me because she used them and I was looking for more reasonably priced movers. Dynamic movers have a flat fee for four hours and they hustle!!!! They send for guys and they for so much done including a 40 min drive in 4 hours on the dot. Other movers can be super pedantic about each item and won't help move or adjust other things without charging further if it's not on the list. These guys went above and beyond, helped my uninstall AC units, etc.
My roommate and I used Dynamic Movers to move from Hoboken to Upper West side and had a very positive experience overall with packing and moving. Total cost was $3900 (this included 20% tip). Our packers completed everything very quickly and were accommodating as we were working from home while they worked around us.
