In their own words
Using this so called mover was the worst experience of my life. This mover was not Dynamic in any sense of the word. The owner Dimitri was rude and arrogant. He held me hostage with my furniture and forced me to pay him double what was agreed upon because he used secondary movers who damaged my furniture as well. He walked away from any responsibility and wont respond to my emails or calls. I would never recommend this mover to anyone. Be very careful.

Terrible service. They showed up late for my move. Didn't have the courtesy to my items into my residence. And lastly, they stole several of my appliances.
Hello. Could you please validate your moving company name. I would appreciate if you could please remove those horrible comments and rating. We are not perfect, but according to your comments, this is definitely not us!
I had several different issues with these movers. The one that tops the list is that they stole the one item that was unpacked; a designer bag. I only realized it 3 days after I was done unpacking and investigated this, finally reached the conclusion that the mover who picked up the bag and bragged about it, stole it. This bag was valued at $1,500.00, never used before. They also participated in a fight that broke out at the storage unit among other movers.
Although the move went ahead on time, the movers dropped a box that was clearly marked as "Fragile". This box happened to contain dishes of which NONE were recoverable i.e. they were all broken. The dishes were properly packaged, but I doubt any packaging would of been sufficient considering they fell from about 4 feet. Mistakes happen and I don't blame the movers, it's a tough job. In any case, surely a moving company has insurance for this type of thing right? Wrong!
Moving day at the end of October 2020. The boss hadn't anticipated that the Montreal-Quebec City trip wouldn't take an hour. He also didn't seem to realize it snows in Quebec. Furthermore, I had informed him that the unloading area was complicated due to the slope. In the end, the boss tried to scam me out of several hundred dollars by forcing me to pay for a hotel room for his crew.

The movers showed up 5 hours late. I booked for 3 movers but only 2 showed up. They obvious couldn’t care less for my stuff. Half hour later, another two movers showed up. These two guys are very professional and they took good care of my stuff. They were showing the first two movers how to do the job. So there is this wired situation that 2 out of the 4 movers are doing a great job, the other 2 were really dragging the team down. At the end the manger Dimitri demanded me paying the $675 fee in cash.
Good afternoon Ms. Yao. I sincerely apologize for the scheduling issue. As discussed yesterday, it was caused by a big move from the day before that we had to finish the following morning, with limited staff on a Saturday.
Very BAD experience, very BAD customer service, a lot of FRUSTRATION and NERVES. I DON'T recommend that moving company. If you want I recommend that company for IDIOTS only. I just HATED my experience with that company. I LOST so much time and money. It would have been a better move without them. I am unsatisfied and didn't get my job done properly. The movers were in a hurry, they damaged my furniture, they weren't friendly at all. And the manager didn't want to do anything to compensate the damages.

It was our first and last time we hired the moving company. It was supposed to be easy and less headache. We had the worst experience. I do not recommend this company to anyone else. We had an appointment at 2.30 they came at 5.30.when I called and asked where the movers are. The customer service representative on the phone was really rude telling me they never guarantee their time, they might be there in10 hours. I told him I have booked the elavator.

Dimitri and the team at Dynamic Moving are excellent, professional, efficient, personable, and have great skills. Great communication from initial contact to unload. Super job. I was introduced to them as they were at another move in my apartment building and they have a good reputation! They packed my apartment and moved me from Montreal to Toronto. Cost was very reasonable for the fantastic job. They were careful while being quick. All of my goods were handled well, no breakage.
Professional, on time, careful and cheerful. Good price too. Highly recommended. Will call them again when I require movers.
8 years ago when my son moved out for the 1st time,we used Dynamic movers,and the guys were on time and so kind. 4 years ago,he moved again, I called Dynamic and got a different team with the same results. That same year,a friend of mine was moving into a bigger place with her new baby and I told her about them; she was so happy,and said the guys were super cool! My son moved again last Thursday,from a 3rd floor apartment building to an upper duplex,and yes I called Dymanic again.
I used Dynamic Moving for my move last July, and I can only give them 5 stars for their exemplary professionalism! From the very first contact, they were available, attentive, and transparent about their rates and the process. On moving day, the team arrived right on time, equipped with all the necessary materials to protect my furniture and fragile items. One anecdote that particularly touched me: I'm very attached to an old table I inherited from my grandmother.
