Very Unprofessional company. I scheduled my move with them a week in advance and they confirmed I was on their calendar. However, I called and texted multiple times the morning of my move and no one showed up. I called the company number listed here on google and it is a cell phone number and no one ever answers it. One moving individual texted me an hour late and stated multiple excuses as to why no one was there and kept promising someone would show up.
Angela, again we do apologize. There were events outside our control that day and by the time we were able to get a crew out to you, you had finished unloading yourself. We do deeply apologize for any and all inconveniences that day.
Movers broke some of my property while moving it. Employee named Ivey initially cared about the damage and told me to send pictures, but now they are non-responsive and unwilling to communicate with me.
Hi Nick, thank you for your feedback. Our movers informed us that you took apart your desk but failed to take apart the motor attached to the desk. When they picked up the top, the wires were still attached to the bottom and pulled apart.
I have no idea what happened to this business, I had used them once before for a move, and yes while some communication issues were prevalent, it was a speedy and smooth service. However, I needed some junk removal done, and contacted them, immediately sent to voice-mail, and texted by Bradley, it should have been a simple process but it took days and I mean DAYS to iron out simple details!

Had to move some of my mom’s items from PA to FL and there were a few things that my wife and I could not handle ourselves. I was able to schedule Early Bird Moving the night before and they communicated very easily via text. They got it all set up. They let me pick an arrival window that worked perfectly and then showed up on time. Both crew members were very efficient and careful. Both were friendly and easy to communicate with. We are so thankful for everyone involved!
I recently used this moving company and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Bradley and his team were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They handled my belongings with great care and made the entire moving process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was their excellent customer service. They were responsive, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done exactly how I needed.

I have nothing but good things to say about Bradley & Elissa. I rented 2 U-boxes from U-haul for my big move. I reserved everything through U-haul's website & found that Early Bird Moving was one of the highest rated services to use and read nothing but good reviews before selecting them to help me load the U-boxes. Within a day of making the reservation via U-haul, Bradley had reached out to me to confirm everything. He & Elissa arrived right on time and got to work right away.
Bradley and his crew are awesome!! If you are looking to hire someone go with this company! My husband and I were in a bind when we moved to Orlando. The Pods company was going to charge us another months rent if we didn't have the Pods (did I mention we had TWO?) emptied and picked up the day after it was delivered. My husband and I hired Early Bird Moving Company to help us with the heavy furniture.
