I have left a similar review with the Better Business Bureau. Earth Relocation was hired as the US partner in my international move. Many questions were asked about their capability and capacity. They gave assurances that they could meet my needs. However, every item that they packed was irreparably damaged. The final packing of many items once they arrived were atrocious. Literally 1 layer of saran wrap on fragile items. I am incredibly dismayed as these items are impossible to replace.
One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had with any company. They handled the US-side of my international move. The communication was terrible. I followed up on every email and kept in touch, they rarely respond and when they do it is painfully obvious that they have no idea what's going on with my move and do not care to check on the status of my shipment before replying with "not our fault" or something along those lines.
Deserves no star. One guy came into my home (2 bed, 2bth) to assess our stuff before quoting us and all was agreed upon, the cubic feet and price. Day of move they packed up and left several items behind saying truck was full which took them over 6hrs to complete. It was Friday and They told us we will have our stuff on mon since they don’t deliver on weekends. We pleaded that wasn’t an option and eventually gave in to us to deliver the following day.
⚠️ Warning to other trucking companies and carriers ⚠️ Our company completed a residential delivery in Atlanta, GA for Earth Relocation INC (based in New Jersey). The job was completed professionally and on time, with no issues during delivery. However, after the job was finished, they started delaying payment. Now they are making excuses and trying to apply unnecessary and unfair deductions that were never discussed before the job.
