In their own words
They did not wrap my TV or 2 glass dining china cabinet shelves. They didn't pack the storage unit properly and the shelves were broken in the unit. I informed the owner Alex but he weaseled his way out of taking responsibility. They were about 4 hours late to begin and I should have known then. In spite of that I had given them a decent review initially until I found my glass shelves broken. I would not recommend this company. Alex gave the typical angry defensive response. Were you 4 hours late yes!
I moved mid March to a apartment complex with a elevator. I choose them because they take apart cribs but I ended up moving my own crib. The movers were great and moved fast, they were polite and respect. They were late about 45 mins but I didn’t receive a discount for the tardiness and I also didn’t receive a discount for a elevator which other moving companies do give. The communication wasn’t great and I had to contact them regarding time and follow up on dates since I booked them in January.
The son Alex is slow, anger issues ain’t the word! People pay thousands and stuff still gets broken/stolen. Oh and insurance never fixes things! Nobody that works for royalty moving has worked for the guy longer than a month, my opinion if you pay for this service just watch them the whole time! Kindly message me for a video of how he talks to customers, I recorded it 🤷🏽♂️
More talking and complaining than working. My buffet cabinet was wrapped by them. It had a hole in the door and took off the corner. He repaired it the best he could. I didn't see the hole in the cabinet till 2 weeks later. Also nicked off the TV cabinet glass. He offered to make it right. I had to handle the back and forth with bayonne glass. I just left it. The movers were way over priced.. charge was per hr. I should have gone to a straight fee for the whole move. Made my experience Not so good.
Terrible experience. The owner/manager Lenore was EXTREMELY rude and abrasive. The employees showed up 30 mins late and was smoking throughout the whole move. My furniture now smells like cigarettes. I WOULD NOT recommend

I recently used Royalty Moving Systems to move the contents of my apartment from Virginia to New York, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial quote to final delivery, their communication was clear, prompt, and professional. The packing crew arrived on time, handled my belongings with care, and made sure everything was securely wrapped for the long trip. They were efficient without feeling rushed, and they took the time to answer any questions I had.
We just recently moved from NJ to NC, and couldn't be happier that we decided to go with Royalty. Alex was a tremendous help in guiding us through the move, and offered super fair pricing. Come moving day, the team was extremely professional, and worked incredibly hard to safely transport out furniture out of our 4 story town-house. Not an easy move out but they worked hard and with smiles on their faces. The next day, they arrived wen earlier than expected in NC, which was a huge relief for us.
Absolutely outstanding experience with Royalty Moving Systems! From start to finish, Alex and his team exceeded every expectation. Moving can be incredibly stressful, but Royalty Moving Systems turned it into a seamless, stress-free process. Alex, the owner, is truly a gem.
