In their own words
The only reason why I gave them 2 stars is because the movers were respectful and did the Job and I also tipped them $100 because they were respectful. My review is based off of the false information that was given to me by Eddie their sales guy. I was quoted for $324 for an hour of moving and ended up paying $600+ to move one Gun Safe. The job was done under an hour.
Hi Ioane, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration with the concerns you’ve raised. We also appreciate you recognizing the moving crew for being respectful and completing the job professionally.
Only getting 2 stars because after pickup, my experience has been bad. It started as a 5 star rating and has quickly declined. I got to my destination across the country by the 28th to ensure I would be there before my delivery. Update 11/19: we came to an agreement, although it took awhile. Just a heads up to not book them for long distance as I have zero faith in their LD Logistics manager and sub-contracted team. Please book them for PNW moves! Devin, Eric, and the pickup teams are wonderful!!
Dear Jay, we’re very sorry to hear that your experience declined after pickup. That’s certainly not the level of service we strive to provide. We understand how important it is for your delivery to go smoothly, especially after a long-distance move.

In their own words
I've used Eco Movers for two different moves, both have been 5 star experiences. Shout out to Francisco & team for a smooth process from start to finish for my latest move. Things I like about Eco Movers: 1. Easy scheduling 2. Intuitive website/documentation - everything can be done online, you can customize your moving add-ons, and there is inventory management 3.
Thank you for your detailed and thoughtful review, Brian! We're thrilled to hear that both of your experiences with Eco Movers have been 5-star. It's wonderful to know that Francisco and his team ensured a smooth process from start to finish.
I recently utilized this company for a move and had an outstanding experience with the team of Pablo, Brian N., and Brian D. From start to finish, the process was handled with the utmost professionalism. The crew was exceptionally punctual, arriving right on time and ready to work. Throughout the day, they were both efficient and meticulous, balancing speed with a high level of care for my belongings.
Thank you for sharing such a detailed review of your experience, Roukna! We truly appreciate you trusting us with your transition and taking the time to highlight the professional service provided by Pablo, Brian N., and Brian D.
This was a little different kind of move I was having stuff moved from my mom's house in Lakewood to my house in Bremerton my brother was in Lakewood to start the move and it ended with me they worked really hard there was just one little snafu that was taken care of they were pretty quick I chose to have it done on a Sunday to try to avoid our horrible traffic for them on the way out but unfortunately there was an accident on the Narrows Bridge and they got stuck for a little bit I even came in a little under…
Thank you so much, Donna, for sharing your detailed feedback on your recent move! We truly appreciate you choosing Eco-Movers for this unique situation, and we're glad to hear that despite the Narrows Bridge traffic, our team worked hard and handled everything quickly.
Netzer, James and Adam were an amazing team! They got everything wrapped up beautifully and were able to empty out the apartment so quickly! It would have taken me and my fiancé days to finish what they accomplished in a few hours. When it came into setting everything into our new home the team were so wiling to help to make our move in as easy as possible. They expertly put our furniture back together in a lot less time than me and my fiancé could.
Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience, Celeste! We're thrilled to hear that Netzer, James, and Adam were able to make your move so quick and easy. It's fantastic to know they not only handled everything with great care and efficiency but also helped make the day stress-free and even fun!
