I wanted so badly to love this company and be satisfied with our moving experience considering that I received a positive referral. However, contracting with VIG was one of the worst experiences I've EVER had. If I could give zero stars, I would. I hired the team to do a partial pack and move from a 2bd/2ba apartment to a house. I sent videos and photos to both the owner, Bab, and lead mover, Carlos, indicating how much still needed to be packed and moved. First, they didn't bring enough supplies.
Do not use this company for moving. I requested a quote and declined their services because of their prices and they showed up anyway on the day I wanted to move. Nothing was ever confirmed or agreed upon. They charge 4% for paying with your credit card, $30 just to move your washer/dryer (not even to unhook them) $20 per stairs and $175 trip charge. This company is a total rip off. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

Me, my daughter and mother all witnessed the crew that was sent being very careless with my belongings during my move. A few of my items were damaged. When I called and spoke with the owner he didn’t seem to care. I would not reuse or recommend this company.
I booked this company a month out from our move, received a quote and spoke with Bam the owner personally so I felt very good about the scheduled move. I text him the day before to confirm as I had not received any messages in the 72 hours …
Very poor experience with this moving company from the beginning to the end. Too many issues, too much problems, to write on these review b/c it's overwhelming. Buyers do your homework before hiring this moving company.
My table was broken during delivery. Also all of my items were not out back together as promised. I notated it on the company website but was never contacted. I won’t be utilizing them again

From start to finish, they operated with true professionalism, accommodating our needs, moving efficiently, and communicating clearly and consistently every step of the way. They went above and beyond to make sure our things were taken care of. They took what could have been a stressful move from Houston to Dallas and made it seamless for our entire family. We highly recommend this moving company!
We used this moving company for my move into my new home, and the experience was solid from start to finish. What stood out most was the communication, they kept me updated before, during, and after the move so I always knew what was happening. The team showed up on time, handled my items with care, and worked efficiently. Pricing was straightforward with no surprises. Overall, a smooth process and good service.
Fastest movers I’ve ever seen in my life ! They were swift ! They were in and out in 1 hr and half , started by 9am and done by 11am. They wrapped up dressers and TVs and stopped for nothing but the red lights! Excellent service and will be utilizing them again!
Bab and team did this in the 100 degree heat and even broke down and set up both bunk beds and my new bed. Thanks for being reliable and good price!
