They broke my 70 inch TV during a move and never reimbursed me for it. They kept making promises to pay but never did. They have also blocked me from calling and stopped replying to my e-mails. I left a detailed review previously about my experience but it was deleted. I DO NOT recommend this moving company. Their whole business is questionable and unprofessional.
They were the worst. I highly recommend that you do not use this company. They showed up two hours late prior to moving. We had other appointments to get to. We were held up by them because they said they had a flat tire. We only waited two hours for them to break our dressers, scratch our deep freezer and scratch our sofa set on top of that, They took paint off of the Walls in our new home after asking them to be careful while they were taking the items upstairs for them to say they were a 15 year veteran in the…
Should I start with that fact that they didn’t even know the address they were dropping our stuff off when they gave us a quote or the fact that they unloaded the second load into our garage instead of the rooms where it was supposed to go?? They arrived an hour early with no heads up so my husband was still breaking down beds when they arrived. There was a total of 3 guys and it took them 11.5 hours to move our 4 bedroom home. The first load, they brung a few large items but mostly boxes. Why??
WRONG COMPANY. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE BOOKING WITH ANY COMPANY. WE DID NOT SERVICE THIS CLIENT!
The most unprofessional company I have ever seen in my life. Movers were 2 hours late. They didn’t notify us we had to call them. After being 2 hours late they show up and immediately start moving our stuff. No walk through of any kind. Arrived at the new house and they unloaded everything and rushed out of here as soon as payment was sent. When we walked upstairs we seen paint scratched off of fresh painted walls, our dresser was broken, our deep freezer was scratched up an so was the washer and dryer.
I don't recommend using this company for your move. They very unprofessional. I did an online form and received a text message to call to get the appointment scheduled. I spoke to a rep and did the schedule for Saturday. I was given a time block for Saturday and informed the company charges an hourly rate for services. At no point during the conversation was I informed that there were additional paperwork that needed to be filled out or that a deposit was needed.
Unfortunately we don't have any history of this client. Our five star rating shows we are very professional. Wrong Company Unfortunately.
Didn't show up at the specified date/time. Movers were slow and got real defensive / passive aggressive when I pointed out odd things like why they were having a hard time moving basic items. We got into an argument and they left the scene, leaving any items on the ground. Luckily, another moving team was readily available - they were also polite, responsive, quick and efficient. I did not have a good experience with this company and would rather move myself then schedule them for service.

Honestly shocked that this company has 5 stars. They damaged at least $1000 worth of art and furniture. While they were putting together a bed We overheard the leader say “ I don’t know if it’s going to last but it’s up, not our problem”.

Pulled a gun out on me over 20 dollars talking I’m taking to long to pay talk to people like they slow never seen somebody so scared over 20 dollars you had to bring a gun to work

Darel and his team were absolutely excellent! They were professional, timely, and detailed oriented. Darel, his secretary, and I were in constant communication, scheduling/planning a week prior to moving stuff from my 3br house to a storage facility. My move was scheduled for the 9a-10a block. I was notified when they were on their way, they arrived early (around 8:30a) and went straight to work.
I cannot recommend Elite Movers enough! From start to finish, my experience with them was nothing short of excellent. Scheduling was a breeze — their customer service team was friendly, and responsive and gave me a clear breakdown of the process and pricing. On the moving day, the crew showed up on time, and they were professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with my belongings.
Book elite!! From Anna on the phone, to the crews…incredible experience. Pricing is very affordable, I got a few quotes and this had one of the cheaper rates. The quality was unparalleled! Gonna be real, this move has not been easy!! But working with elite for moving labor has made things so much more smooth. Daryl was incredible as team lead. Kept things positive and light with funny jokes, and always asked questions when he wasn’t sure what to do with something.
What can I say other than amazing. I have moved multiple times, and I will say this has been the best experience I have ever had. These guys are what you would imagine the "Perfect Movers" to be. They all show up with smiles from ear to ear and just get the job done. Darel quoted my move and that number didn't change! While most companies throw a low quote and then charge you for extra time and man power during the move, this company gives you a price and sticks to it. We went from a 5 bd. to a 6bd.
