In their own words
Donnie and Elite Movers are the most unprofessional, unethical and worst company I have ever dealt with. I was supposed to receive 3 movers, only 2 were provided which resulted in a 2 day move rather than a 1 day move. The movers were supposed to arrive at 10:00am. They didn’t begin the move until 2pm with no communication regarding being late. This resulting in moving until 2am. The second day they were supposed to arrive at 12:00. They didn’t arrive until 4pm. Multiple items were broken.

Was 3 hours late with no contact. I reached out and keep getting told different times. The communication is horrible with the company. Hourly price is good but you get what you pay for. Brand new bed frame has a chunk of wood missing now. No happy and would not recommend.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would, since services were not even recieved. My mom had booked with Donnie for moving on 2/13. Donnie had confirmed with my mom the day prior saying he would there at 10am on 2/13 (after my mom reached out to him; he did not initiate the confirmation). Around 10:15am on 2/13, no one had arrived and my mom had not heard from anyone. She proceeded to call and text Donnie (I also tried to call around 10:30am) with no response.
We hired Elite movers to move my parents on 12/23 based on the previous reviews. Ours unfortunately was not as good as some of these others seem. The only reason I’m even giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because the guys moving us worked hard and got the job done. First issue we had was they were an hour late and not in their own truck. This already got us off late. Then after the first load, they had to make a person stop which took an extra hour, thus making the move take even longer.
This was an exceptionally poor moving experience. Several pieces of furniture were damaged, and others were disassembled with the assurance they would be reassembled, only for critical hardware and parts to be lost. As a result, multiple items were left broken or unusable. The movers demonstrated a clear lack of care and professionalism, and the overall handling of my belongings was unacceptable.
Justin moved my stuff from my home to a storage unit. We just recently got our stuff out to put in the house. Both of my TVs were broke. Two of my end tables were Scratched up. There was a lot of room in the storage unit, but he left my couches outside, which was thrown away by the company at the storage, but left my Cushions inside the storage unit. Left my end tables for the living room outside and my brand new coffee table, which got thrown away.
I believe you have the wrong company. the only justin that has worked for us was 2 years ago. do you have a contact number I can call?

Cincinnati Elite Movers helped us on July 20th 2022 with our move from a 2-bed bi-level house to a 2-bed 3rd floor apartment. Justin & Pierre were our movers and did an outstanding job. They called us the morning of our move to confirm the time & address, and then another call when they were a few minutes away. We had everything boxed, wrapped & ready to go. They got right to work and loaded everything in one trip (They were Tetris Masters!).

The owner Donnie is a great guy...help is all great....Not only have I used them for myself but I used them for my elderly grandmother who is 83 as well. They were polite, on time, an handled all of my grandmothers belongings an antiques with the utmost care. I used another local service before finding them and had lots of issues. I had no issues whatsoever with Elite Moving! They treated my grandmother with respect like she was their own grandma.

We used Elite Movers for a dual family international move that originated in Bethel Ohio. We purchased a property and needed a moving company to move our sellers items out of the home into a shipping container and prep the high end furniture for its trip to Jordan. The seller was a disabled elderly woman that did not have the resources to move herself. Once her items were taken out of the home after closing, Elite moved quickly to move our items into our home.

I hired Elite Movers for my move out of my apartment that had no elevator and the movers made everything extremely easy on me. Booking was super easy with no down payment needed and the movers were on time the day of. When it came to the move they worked super quick and didn’t hesitate to get things taken care of! I was appreciative of their initiative in taking care of everything and letting me sit back and do the little things I wanted to do on my end.
