Scheduled a move with Richard and was given a 5 hour estimate. The movers finished in less time but we were still charged a higher fee than the hourly rate. When I asked Richard why the fee was higher he stopped returning my call. Extremely unprofessional movers and liars. They will nickel and dime and you will never hear from them if there is a problem. Our wall got dents in the dry wall, they scratched up our hardwood floors, and scuffed up the walls our our brand new home.

Most horrible experience. They over booked and came 5 hours later than the scheduled time. Be careful !! Movers were exhausted by the time they showed up. Not the fault of the movers, The estimator made a mistake.

Excellent service! They were fast and professional. They arrived on time. They wrapped my furnitures and moved everything very carefully. Didn’t leave even one scratch. I would recommend Elite movers to everyone!

I have used approx 6 moving companies in the past 10 years. This company is the best I have used - they unscrewed the feet from my sofa so ask not to mark the walls (they put them back on at the other end - they had large boxes in the truck. They took my 48" TV which was not packed up, put it into one of the large boxes and wrapped it in the truck. I do not usually allow moving men to take my TVs, but great job - They did not require a deposit - unheard of!!! - they kept in contact with me prior to the move.

Hands down the best experience!!! My hubby and I have moved so much that it’s like a running joke now “ what’s next “ lol. All jokes aside , we both said “ this was one of the best experiences ever !!! “ we had no complaints , they showed up earlier then expected and delivered sooner than we expected as well. No missing or broken items! Moving from one state to another can be a hassle but Elite came through hands down! From pricing , to customer service to let’s get it done!

We are so glad that we hired Elite movers! Reggie and his co-worker were so nice and they did a phenomenal job for us. The pricing was exactly where we needed it and we got incredible service. They showed up on time and were so professional. Each item was wrapped and moved with care and not one item was damaged. No gimmicks or upsells when booking - the process was super easy and straightforward.
