The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I can’t say enough positive things about this company! Elite Moving & Hauling are the most hardworking and kind people anyone could ask for. They were on time and ready to work as agreed and expected. They were professional, always polite and really friendly. Their teamwork was immaculate and just so personable. I needed to move from a 2 BR apartment into a 1 BR and wasn't sure of what the process would be.
Kiki‘s response is so amazing. I don’t even know where to begin. it has our heads blown away over here at Elite Moving And Hauling. On the other side of the work was also an amazing person. Kiki was prepped and prepared and ready to go.
I’d given 6 stars if that were an option. Darren answered the phone personally and professionally at 730am!!!!!! Answered with enthusiasm and sincerity. I asked if he by any chance had time to do a move this morning. He very smoothly and with great detail asked some vital questions that made me think, huh why do no other moving companies ask these same questions. These questions are what absolutely make his company stand well above the rest.
Thank you for such an enthusiastic and detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear that you had such a fantastic experience with Elite Moving and Hauling. It’s wonderful to know that Darren provided you with prompt, professional, and friendly service right from the start.
Darren and his crew did an amazing job with disposing debris. They are professional, communicative, swift, and absolutely easy to work with. Darren takes good care of his crew and customers! With their great pricing and efficient work, I can't recommend them enough!
Thank you, KB. You are amazing as well.
Update: I just used Elite for the second time and they are absolutely the best. Darren and his crew came out the same day I called to haul away items from my shed. They are responsive, careful, expert, and reasonably priced. And they are nice people to work with. Highly recommended. Thanks, guys, for another job well done! Original review: I can't say enough good things about Elite Moving & Hauling. First, it's hard to find someone good and reliable and reasonably priced to move a small amount of furniture.
Robyn Winder It was a pleasure serving you and your son. Thanks for trusting us and explaining in clarity what your needs were. So happy we were able to help
