We hired Elizabeth’s for a large move in town. When I hired them they promised me that all their employees were trust worthy and responsible. On moving day we found out that half the crew were temps. After the move was complete and I started going through my boxes I found that one of my boxes that I had instructed them to not even touch, we were moving these particular boxes ourselves, had been tampered with.
Worst moving service in 40 years. Seriously underestimated scope of move. Packing was haphazard. Several missing items were later found at their warehouse. You pay top dollar price for below average outcome.
2 stars based on the fact that I’ve never been able to book a move with this company because they’ve never called bank after 6 different attempts in the last 8 months

These men were phenomenal! We had 6 guys ALL working so hard…fast,efficient, personable and respectful. We have never seen movers do such careful packing and taking care of our belongings. We were so very impressed. We have moved a half dozen times and Never had such great care taken to insure our satisfaction. They went above and beyond. Also were prompt and arrived when they said they would. IMPRESSED!!!! Definitely recommend!! Many thanks to our crew.
Our move involve three “moves” over 2 weeks. The crews arrive early, work hard, are very careful, and are responsive to our oversight and requests. Todd and Nolan moved furniture we were donating 2 weeks ago. A packing crew of four transformed our belongings into boxes. Max and his crew loaded yesterday and Charles W and his crew (Sean, Adam, Graham, and Carson) unloaded it into our storage unit. Max and crew will be back in 2 days for the final load and move to SC.
From start to finish this move was as good as it gets. We know because our last move was a horror show. From our first contact with Rich who came out and discussed and described how our move would unfold and provided an estimate of the move, we knew we were dealing with a caring and professional organization. Jake took over for arranging the team that would pack and load, pad hallway banisters, lay floor covering for mover foot traffic, etc. Our home had very narrow stairways and lots of large furniture items.
While it may excite our spirit to move to a new home and start a new adventure; the experience of actually moving all our stuff is never something we look forward to. There is stress produced in ways never thought possible. The only way to offset this is to hire a company who specializes in stress reduction. Elizabeth’s Moving is one of those companies. There is a reason they have so many positive reviews. Here is another one.
