The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Jason is a great guy who really knows his stuff when it comes to pianos. Very friendly and responsive via email.
Thanks for the review, Joe! Come again soon.
I recently purchased a Yamaha gc2 from Ellis Piano. Mr. Ellis and Cory were fantastic from showing me their inventory all the way to purchasing. Very approachable and down to earth people. Fantastic people. They could not have made the buying experience any easier. Piano also arrived quickly and I could not be happier with the purchase. Highly recommended.
Wonderful experience all the way around! Great Piano, Great Price and Great Service, what more can you ask? :) This piano is a gift for our son, who is graduating college as a piano major and he picked it out. See Chris Reaves review for more details, he's my husband.
Ellis piano is simply THE BEST place to not only buy a piano but to enjoy the experience of doing so. Purchasing a piano is a matter of very personal taste and preference...what matters most to David Ellis and his sons is quite simply whatever matters most to you. My husband recently surprised me by taking me to Ellis to pick out the piano of my dreams.
