In their own words
Proud owner here of a new Kawai NV5S and have been enjoying it immensely these past few months. This model, like many new ones, is scarce (at least it was when I purchased it in June) so I was not able to test it in person before purchasing. However, after researching online and making inquiries with David from England Piano, I was confident in my choice. David was very responsive to all my inquiries and made the buying process quick and painless.
Geoffrey, thank you for your kinds words. I appreciate your patience with the order and your business. David England
Purchased a new digital piano to replace a Yamaha Clavinova my wife and I bought as newlyweds over 35 years ago. We lived in an apartment at the time and the Clavinova was the perfect instrument for my wife’s needs. The authenticity of sound was so amazing. And it was easy to move and we did move it many times as my career took me across multiple states. Sadly, some bad contacts and general wear over time made it time to either refurbish or replace. So we started doing some internet research.
Thank you for the complimentary and thorough review. We aim to give the best service, most pertinent information, best value, and complete satisfaction. I appreciate your time and effort wo write this. Thank you again. Best regards, Gregory
England Piano was a great partner in finding an instrument to restart my journey. Carder is never pushy, asks great questions to try to help narrow down what is right for you, and allows you plenty of time to play on all of the pianos you want to try. He even asked a technician to fine tune a new piano so I could hear the differences between two models more accurately.
Jen, we loved working with you to find the perfect fit for you in a piano. Wonderful pictures!
England piano was incredibly helpful when it was time to sell our piano. We moved and wouldn't have a place for it in our new home. Carder England really went above and beyond explaining my options for selling it. At no time did I feel any pressure to pick an option, but in the end we sold it to his company for a fair price. The gentlemen who came and moved it were top notch. So friendly and kind. I would recommend England piano to anyone who is looking to sell or buy.
It was a pleasure to work with you Shawn!
