I would strongly caution anyone considering using En Route Movers. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish when it came to accountability for damaged property. During my move on December 12, 2025, the movers damaged my television beyond repair. What makes the situation worse is that no one informed me that the TV had been damaged before leaving my home.

Bad experience, please be aware of the positive reviews you are reading here; the seem to be made up or people paid to give positive feedback. They damaged so many things, and failed to take ownership instead they were claiming that they were already damaged. Am in the process of suing them. Also cost is not fair,they should stop giving quotes based on an hourly basis as if they can do any work in an hour. Instead they should say how much stuff they can load and unload and for how much.

Found them by Googling movers near my Katy apartment and went with them because the reviews were consistently good. I was a little nervous because it was the first time I'd hired movers without a personal recommendation. Totally unnecessary worry. Crew was on time, took care of the furniture, and the whole job finished before I expected.
