Had to move most of the garage myself. They dented my refrigerator and scratched my dresser. Was the most stressful day of moving I've had in a while. Although the workers were nice. Slow and wouldn't move small stuff. Probably won't use them again. Was quoted one price then when I got the bill it was about 500$ more than what was quoted.
Came 4 hours late with no communication to let us know why or if they were even coming. Showed up exhausted after another job then complained the whole time because they were already tired and hadn’t eaten. Literally threw our belongings into the trailer. I walked outside to find multiple boxes smashed, many open and their contents broken and strewn around the inside of the container.
All in all, was it not for my need for an urgent move, I would have not proceeded with this company after packing day. From other reviews and my experience, I don’t think this company caters to all moves the same. My experience was: For each team arrival, I had to reach out the day of to confirm timing and was not told of nuances related to pricing beforehand.
Disappointing Experience – Not the Help We Needed We hired this company for packing and moving services hoping to ease the stress of a busy life transition. Unfortunately, our experience left us frustrated, disappointed, and doing much of the work ourselves despite paying for professional help. Packing Day: The two packers who arrived were kind and polite. One had limited English, which made communication a bit challenging, but we appreciated their attitude.
**1 Star** Very disappointing experience. The moving company damaged my tv. The TV was in working condition before the move and was damaged while in their care. What has been most frustrating is how the damage has been handled afterward. The company is only offering 45 percent of the cost of the television, despite the fact that this was a quality QLED TV and the amount does not reasonably reflect its value or the cost of replacing it with a comparable television.
Hey Jazmin, when you signed the contract, the valuation coverage 0.60 cents per pound. The insurance company offered pay $200. I’m truly sorry this happened. Unfortunately, because the tv is broken and the contract was signed with the 0.60 cent per pound valuation.
I would strongly caution anyone looking for honest, transparent movers to consider other options. In our experience, this company used clear bait-and-switch tactics. We were charged 115% more than our original quote we received. Story below. We had a very unfortunate experience with this company. I initially reached out for a quote for our four-bedroom home.
I had previously left a higher review, but one of the movers went out of his way to try to follow me on social media. I immediately blocked him, but it made me extremely uncomfortable after having him in my home. I found it invasive and inappropriate.
Two guys 25min to unload only, over 400. Get other quotes before booking. The guys were professional, but too expensive. Shop around before booking.

Highly recommend moving with Estrada Pro. Very professional and fairly priced. They handled our move from NC to GA very efficiently and they were so pleasant and careful with our belongings. Excellent communication from Arnold and Daniel and our movers were on time and ready to go as scheduled. I would definitely suggest reaching out to them for help with a move.
The guys were awesome. They helped out so much. They professionally explained what they were doing. They put everything back together correctly and showed me that it was working properly, including the fridge, the washer and dryer all our stuff fair pricing and the guys were extremely quick. this is my first time hiring a mover and I can honestly say they knocked it out of the park 10 out of 10 will definitely use again in the future.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience using Estrada Pro Moving. Arnaldo was very patient and professional when he came out to give me an estimate. (My ex-husband was giving me a very hard time about what was his/mine, what I could take, what I could not take, so it took much longer to set a schedule). On a Friday 2 young ladies from Pro Moving came wrapped, boxed and labeled my items with care as if they were their own. On Sunday the moving team arrived on time.
The Estrada team arrived punctually at 8am. We were given an arrival window of 8-10am. The three men that provided their services were professional and clearly experts at moving and strategically loading a moving truck. We had a lot of furniture, 2 storage units full and they magically utilized every inch of the truck to accommodate every item with one trip.
