The rating breakdown
1 of the 27 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Eugene Piano Company are one or two star.
Worked out from 27 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Tom was very helpful and quickly responded to all my emails. I had a wonderful experience starting from my inquiry email up to the delivery of the piano to our home. I highly recommend his services and products.
I’ve had a truly wonderful experience with the Eugene Piano Company. From the moment I first walked through their doors, I felt welcomed and valued. I purchased a piano from them and couldn't be happier with the quality and care that went into the whole process. When the time comes, I definitely plan to return for future purchases. The customer service is outstanding. Levi and Tom have been incredibly kind, patient, and helpful every step of the way.
We had the most amazing experience here. Tom greeted us with respect and a big smile. We walked into his piano studio shopping for a piano. He took the time to explain the different pianos, pros and cons, prices, and services offered. My husband and I brought with us a baby in a stroller and an elder in a wheelchair. We never felt like we were taking up too much space or time. We made our purchase and because of Tom’s patience, we felt 100% confident with our purchase.
So incredibly happy with the work Levi did on my piano bench!! 1930’s family heirloom, my toddler pushed it over and split the wood at the hinge. He reattached it, resurfaced, refinished… it looks beautiful!!! I’m so excited!! And very pleased that he saved something that has been in my family for almost 100 years. It’s amazing to find an actual piano store these days, and even harder to find one who will do repairs.
