I’ve been a loyal customer to European Wax Center for years and have been going to the Latham location for over a year. I went to appointment at 10 AM this Sunday, And had to wait over 30 minutes for my appointment, No apology until I expressed that I was frustrated. Staff at the desk told me I could switch waxers if I wanted and would be right with me. Other people walked in and were served before me after another five minutes had passed so I asked to reschedule.

I called them at 1:30 PM to book an appointment, and they asked me to come in by 3:15 PM. Unfortunately, I got stuck at work and called them back around 3:30 PM to let them know that I might not be able to make it today. They then told me they would charge me 50% of the appointment fee, which I find extremely unreasonable, especially considering that my previous appointment was also arranged on an ad-hoc basis and no one showed up at that time.

Poor service. Would recommend going to another location or service in general. Writing this for my wife who felt very uncomfortable there. Did an extremely poor job waxing. I understand they offer to come back for touch ups, but not everyone has time to do this when it should have been taken care of the first time. Manager refused to speak to me about the service even though I explained my wife did not feel comfortable talking on the phone about it. This isnt a doctor's office, it's waxing.

So I went in with a positive mindset. My name is Jessica wax was left on my bikini area. Also, I was told by a rep she kept telling me oh get your legs under arms done all this and then when I went to cash out the girl made me wait an additional 15 minutes. Didn’t have a supervisor or manager to help put the discount for first time she goes oh there not answering then lied said she knew how said it wasn’t half off etc paid $111 DONT GO HERE ….

I was disappointed with my Brazilian wax experience. The waxer was not thorough, and once I got home I noticed a significant amount of hair had been left behind. I was also bleeding, which has never happened to me before with a Brazilian wax. Overall, the service did not meet expectations.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Nicole the location manager. She was absolutely amazing, very bubbly, kind, and resourceful. She has lots of knowledge on the deals and packages at European wax center which I really appreciate since all the girls know how expensive it can be to maintain ourselves. I get my waxes done by Bailey. She is phenomenal. Absolutely amazing. I am so thankful for her thorough, waxing and her kind spirit. Ava is so great! She is my laser hair removal specialist, she makes everything so easy, she explains everything she is doing, always checks in throughout the service, is thorough, all the things you would hope and look for when getting laser hair removal! Katelyn was absolutely 💯 wonderful.. I had tried a do it yourself waxing days before which did not work but left me very sensitive. It was not a problem for her she was very understanding and was very efficient and as gentle as possible. I would love to have her for all my appointments. She made my experience great. The establishment was also very well kept it felt welcoming. All the staff were extremely personable and accommodating.
