Overall the wax experience was terrible. Waxer did not speak or engage at all. Front desk staff occupied more with trips to ocean city and having to work more than 3 days a week. Waxer herself did a poor job. Kept pulling the paper up while waxing and missing pieces of wax. Would not recommend location. Have been to many European wax centers over the last 10 years. Terrible service and she needs more training. Ali and Jenna are the only good waxers if you go!

I was so excited to revisit after my first wax. My first wax was amazing and I came back to have a different girl. I wasn’t at all worried beings everyone says they’re so good in the facility. I will say after my second wax I had a burn mark from the wax being to hot and missed spots. I am not talking about just little hairs that the wax didn’t grab. I mean full blown miss spots where the lady did not decide to wax a full Brazilian. I am very disappointed and will not be returning.

Won’t let me make appointments anymore so I have to do walk ins and hope they have an opening thought this place was amazing but I’ll be taking my money and time else where.

She’s professional, efficient, and somehow makes a bikini wax feel less painful than it should. Jasmine is a great wax specialist. She really is personable and lets you know what to expect in your initial appointment. She always runs on time. I started going to get Brazilian waxes here when I got pregnant with my twins. It’s very hard to have the confidence to go out of your comfort zone in such a vulnerable situation, but the wax specialists are all so nice and accommodating it made getting waxes so much easier. The waxes are painful but the specialists are so efficient and precise they make it very easy to deal with and well worth it. I have been going to European Wax Center for going on 3 years and I haven’t had a wax specialist that I didn’t like.
