We are extremely disappointed with our experience and DO NOT recommend this company to anyone who values the condition of their NEW home. My husband and I hired this company to move us into our new DREAM home. Approximately two months later, we discovered that the refrigerator water line, which was connected by Adam, the owner, had been improperly installed. The connection was not fully tightened, causing a slow leak every few seconds over two months before it was found.

Communication was good, but the experience was overshadowed by the damage to my brand-new floors. The movers scratched the flooring in two separate areas, including one scratch that runs almost the entire width of my hallway. They only credited me one hour off the total bill, which doesn’t come close to covering the cost or inconvenience of repairing the damage. They did offer to have the floor repaired, but I have to coordinate that through my builder.

Shady company. Stay away. Dont be fooled by good reviews like I was. Not only were they over an hour late, next they proceeded to tell me it was $100 more per hr than what originally was quoted. Its sad companies like this practice this type of business strategy. So disappointed

I had a great experience with my move - honest on pricing, no hidden fees, great communication, quick service, and items were handled with care. I had a 6 hour travel for moving and made sure everything was packed and ready to go. They finished quicker than their estimated move time and adjusted the pricing accordingly.

To The Moon Moving is *fantastic*! They sent a crew of five, and two trucks, to pack and move us from Aransas Pass to San Marcos, TX. Braydon, Ian, Dylan, Logan, and Evan showed up on time and ready to work. And they never stopped working. They took great care packing everything up. We have a lot of … stuff. They packed and moved it all with a smile. The crew was professional, prompt, swift, polite, and worked their tails off for two days.

My Movers were gentle giant! They were just so awesome, Logan and Landon, they did such a great job and took care of my belongings. I am 100% blind, so I need to be able to trust people and hope that they do a good job. Well, they went above and beyond all expectations! They were very nice, efficient and quick, no problems at all, everything went perfectly. They put my stuff in the apartment in my house, just like it was in the apartment too, you could tell they took a lot of care.
