We rented a van to move with and were told there was no hurry. First visit they allowed us to pay with a prepaid Visa. In fact we were told to. Next day when the very sad excuse for a store manger was there was definately an appalling experience. We were contacted by the original employee and told we now could not have the van for the two days but had to return it asap but were reassured we could rent another type vehicle.

I had a very disappointing experience at Extra Storage Now and feel compelled to share it. When my husband and I visited to inquire about a unit, we were met with unprofessional behavior from the staff. An employee named Ashley was openly swearing, smacking the walls with her lanyard, and gave off an unsettling vibe that made the entire interaction uncomfortable. Beyond that, the work environment seemed chaotic. Employees were swearing loudly in front of customers, and the atmosphere was anything but professional.

horrible customer service , no access when it’s supposed to be open to lockers till 11 i would never ever get storage in this place

never used a storage place before so i had lots of questions. i went in kind of nervous but the girls in the office, rhea and ashley i think their names were they were SO nice and helped me understand everything. they even showed me around the units and helped me find one that fit in my budget. i didnt know what size i needed but they took the time with me. you dont see good customer service like that much anymore! thank you girls. (sorry if this posts wrong im not good at phones)

Wow! Very impressed! We just rented a unit as my folks are getting ready to move. GREAT 3 month introductory price, and then a regular rate $125 less than a competitor, for a 10x10 unit. Front desk staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. The alarm system seems very secure. I definitely recommend them.

Been with this storage place for 8 months now. Couldnt find a better storage place. The units are great for storage themselves, incredibly secure, and every single staff member ive dealt with has been a delight and more than happy to help when I forget how to open the door like a knob 😂 …
