They were 6 hours late (when we had a deadline to be out of the previous place, so they cost us in that respect), had to work into the night with no light in their truck, told us they would lock up the truck and finish the next morning (demanding payment before they left with our things) but ended up unloading outside the new place around midnight when they thought we wouldn't know about it.
We are puzzled and confused by this review "Lady Annandale" doesn't match any of our records, the pictures you provided are from August 2017, and what you described is not the way we do business so please call us asap at [phone removed] or double check that you are talking about the right company
No stars For these guys. Made her pay up front or they wouldn’t unload the furniture. They damaged the apartment walls. Overcharged her 1 hour and didn’t return damage deposit. My husband called and the gentleman hung up and blocked his number. STAY AWAY! Oh my goodness, I have to share my experience with a furniture delivery service that left me absolutely disappointed. They charged her upfront, which was a bit of a red flag.

We send 2 movers instead of 3 because on a moving day my one mover says he has the flu so that's why I don't want to send him for the job. During the job after a couple of hours, my second guy call me and say he is not feeling well so I have to replace that guy with another one.

Had a really good experience with Good Place Movers. The crew showed up on time, worked fast, and took good care of my stuff. They were polite, easy to deal with, and knew what they were doing. No hidden fees or last-minute surprises, which I really appreciated. The whole move went smoother than expected and took a lot of stress off my plate. Over the past weekend we had Good Place Movers help us on very short notice. We needed our appliances moved to a storage unit and Rai sent over two fellows the following morning.
