Do not hire this company. It was the worst moving experience I have ever had here. I scheduled a date and paid a $500 deposit in advance. They did not show up on the scheduled day. They didn't even call to let me know. I was the one who had to call them multiple times, and it always went straight to voicemail. At the end of the day, they claimed there was a problem with the truck and said they would come the following morning. And the following morning, they didn't show up either.

I used this company about 4 years ago...from Maple Ridge to Abbotsford...then 1 month later to Chilliwack...the one from Maple Ridge to Abby was fine. .not so much on the way to Chilliwack...they closed the door early and left some of my stuff as one of the men had some issues. The owner was apologetic to the service...so he sent the same truck the next day...I had given them a generous tip before they shut the door the first day moving to Chilliwack...and that was my mistake....the second day I bought them all…

Booked their services based on previous reviews. I was not disappointed, Gorilla Moving Co. we're accommodating, easy to contact, prompt and careful. The guys that moved our furniture were careful, pleasant and extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to use them again.
I used Gorilla Moving Company for a move from Grande Prairie to New Westminster, and Scotty’s team was amazing. The communication was solid, and everything proceeded as planned for the move. Timelines were kept on both ends and all the contents moved with care. The team also helped me get some items to donation which couldn’t fit in my new place, which was so helpful during this hectic time. I’ll most definitely be using Gorilla Moving Company again in the future.
Gorilla Moving Company eased so much of my stress with moving, treating my belongings with care and respect, and found a way to fit everything in their truck. I had more boxes than I thought I was going to have, and they were able to accommodate that. The team was very kind and respectful, and unloaded the truck with care when bringing my belongings to my new home. If you are looking for movers, I highly recommend this company, they definitely did not let me down, and went above and beyond my expectations!
