*WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY* Hired for a 4 bedroom home including pack and unpack team. Quote was much lower than bill. Team was argumentative and did not complete the move. Team arrived with a smaller truck than we were told and charged us for them having to take multiple trips. Unprofessional conduct including workers asking for food and complaining about their tip while complaining that they make minimum wage. Packing crew arrived multiple hours late.

On August 30 we hired Paul's Moving and had 2 guys move my house to our new condo. Their names were Dustin and Lucas. Once my place was moved, I started unpacking and came to realize that my Graduation Jewelry (Gold Bracelet and Ring that meant a lot) and also my old iPhone was missing (which was turned off when it was on before). I recently contacted Paul’s moving company to do a small move for me within the lower Mainland. I am a huge supporter of local businesses, and wanted to make use of a local mover company, rather than a Vancouver based company. I was highly disappointed with the way the owner treated me over the phone. I am an immigrant and speak with a slight accent, but very understandable english, because I have been living in Canada for past 23 years. English is my second language, and I can speak it fairly well.

Driver thinks he owns loading zones. Loading a dog into my vehicle from an apartment and in the 5 minutes I was inside they blocked us in and blocked an entire lane of the road. Active construction was impeded and dangerous traffic conditions created by the drivers' reckless parking in the middle of the road. They weren't even ready to be loading their truck but just wanted to make a point about not parking in a loading zone... Its for loading. I was loading a dog into my car.

I was moved by Paul’s Moving company. I had one box full of dishes that I opened and almost every single item was smashed. The box was packed and moved by Paula moving. I called Paul myself and he said the box was not packed by his staff. He was very rude and dismissive on the phone. If anyone wants to see photos I have them available. I do not recommend hiring Paul’s moving to move your stuff.
Never hire this company. They couldn't do the job, tried to extort more money out of me with my piano stuck in the doorway, then called me a liar and sexual harasser! Paul is a bully. After they damaged the house and refused (unless I payed them $400 more bucks) to fix the 5'x5' hole in the wall.

We used Paul’s Moving Company to move within BC and the team were very friendly, efficient, hard working and timely. Great communication, answered all the questions we had in advance, and had no issues whatsoever. Would recommend and use again.
The team at Paul's Moving was professional from start to finish and arrived right on time. They handled some real challenges getting our items into the new space, including taking the stairs when things didn't fit in the elevators. They truly went above and beyond. Much appreciated, and we'll be happy to use them again in the near future.

Darrin and Goos maintained professionalism throughout the packing , loading and unloading even in the extreme weather we had in both provinces on moving day.
