Had to rearrange where they put things several times. A great time extendor. Completely unorganized, inefficient and they promised to send a repairman for broken antique which hasn't happened yet. Arrived late causing us to be late at new house and missing tv/internet installer so no service for a week. Left bedroom dressor in doorway and mattresses and boxes in disarray. Had to clear out area before we could put a bed together. Travel time longer than necessary too.
aggressive drivers. no reason to tailgate on the highway at 10am. employees need to stop driving work trucks like the own them. bad representation.

To start I want to preface by saying that when hiring a company called "Low Budget" you have to expect there are going to be a compromise or two... I understand that. However, this was a fail above and beyond just a few cut corners and compromises in quality. It was inept if not incompetent. We moved a two bedroom plus den condo into a larger town house. 100% of the personal items and effects were gone, not a item in a drawer or cupboard was left nor a single box. If we could move it, we moved it.
The two movers were very young, nice and friendly. BUT-they got mud ALL over the carpets at my house I was moving out of. They knew they were doing it and kept on doing it. Didn’t wear booties at all. The owner rectified it but it should not have happened. They didn’t put a single runner down. Not very professional. Put multiple holes in walls and dinged my door at my new place. Wrecked my bookshelf.

The crew was friendly and they worked hard on one of the hottest days in August. Unfortunately, they did not blanket any of our furniture. We noticed some damage and let the company know and the owner refunded us $200. We appreciate that good gesture but as we continue to unpack, we are finding more and more damage. That is disappointing as other reviews had been so positive. We will choose a different company next time.
They were extremely slow. They didnt follow direction at all. We explained we were downsizing houses and thought furniture should be taken first. They took boxes instead which filled up rooms not leaving room for furniture. We had to pull …

I recently used Low Budget Moving and Storage to move to a new apartment. They were professional and made the whole experience, from getting a quote, to booking, to the move itself as easy as moving can be. The team was great to work with on moving day! They were on time, efficient, friendly and very careful with all of my stuff. I also really appreciated the extra effort they went to to help with disassembling and reassembling a few pieces (including an Ikea piece).
Christopher and the other 2 guys that came (sorry the names escape me) did an awesome job moving my 2 bed 2 bath apartment from Abbotsford to Coquitlam. They were communicative, friendly, fast and careful. Would recommend and would hire again!

Honestly, these guys were amazing. I was in a super stressful situation—my new place wasn’t even ready the day I had already booked the movers, and I didn’t know what I was going to do. They showed up calm, reassuring, and immediately said, “Don’t worry, we’ve got you.” That alone helped me settle right down. While I dealt with everything going on at the new place, they just handled the move without any issues.

Really impressed with Levi and his team. These guys hustled hard for nearly 12 hours to get the job done. The quote was nearly bang on. No surprises. They took extra good care of all furniture and TVs by wrapping in blankets and cling film. The whole team was extremely friendly and helpful with reassembling items that had be taken apart for transit. Don’t let the name lead you to think you are compromising anything when it comes to service and quality. These guys truly do deliver!
